Ευγενεστατος και ο κυριος στη γραμματεια και η κοπελα που μου εκανε το τεστ covid με σεβασμο στα μετρα προστασιας. Immediate appointment and impeccable service even on such days. Η συγκεκριμένη κυρία είχε ύφος στον τρόπο που μιλούσε και μας δυσκόλεψε με αλεπάλληλα τηλεφωνήματα για να πάρουμε τα αποτελέσματα μίας εξέτασης... Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑ ΣΤΑΜΑΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!Το μοναδικό διαγνωστικό ,που σου λέει όταν καλείς για ραντεβού ,ότι δεν έχουμε μέσω ΕΟΠΥΥ και σου κλείνει ραντεβού σε ημερομηνία κοντινή στη λήξη του παραπεμπτικου. Καλυτερα να κλείσει εντελώς, να μη λέμε ότι έχουμε διαγνωστικό στην περιοχή μας, αφου στην ουσία δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε κανένα επίπεδο. Να πω ότι το ραντεβού που ζήτησα ήταν για ακτινογραφία θώρακος ,που σε άλλα διαγνωστικά δεν χρειάζεται καν ραντεβού για κάτι τέτοιο. . . Όποιος μπορεί να το αποφύγει θα ήταν ότι καλύτερο, γιατί την έχουν δει μονοπώλιο, γι'αυτό και φέρονται μ'αυτό τοντρόπο. Unacceptable! Γεώργιος Κυπριανός, τόσο σε επαγγελματικό επίπεδο, όσο κ σε ανθρώπινο. Και επειδή το δεύτερο είναι κάτι σπάνιο στις ημέρες μας, όταν το συναντάμε οφείλουμε να το εκτιμάμε... The staff at the secretariat and the microbiology are friendly with a willingness to serve. The radiologist Mr. George Kyprianos is excellent, both professionally and humanely. M	Marooned on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω αρκετές φορές για ενα ραντεβού και μετα από 5 προσπάθειες ( γιατι μου έλεγαν κάθε φορά πάρτε σε μισή ώρα) αναγκάστηκα ν'αφησω την κατάκοιτη μητέρα μου και να πάω από κει. Οι κυρίες στην γραμματεία ηταν άκρως αγενέστατες και αρκετά ειρωνικές βρίσκοντας ηλιθιες δικαιολογίες για την κατάσταση. Και αφού κατάφερα να κλείσω το ραντεβού μου, καμία ευγένεια, κανενας επαγγελματισμος από κανέναν τους. Προτιμήστε να πάτε αλλού. I tried to contact several times for an appointment and after 5 attempts (because they told me to take it in half an hour each time) I was forced to leave my bedridden mother and go from there. The ladies in the secretariat were extremely rude and quite ironic in finding stupid excuses for the situation. And since I managed to book my appointment, no courtesy, no professionalism from any of them. Prefer to go elsewhere.
