★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλες τις κοπέλες που εργάζονται στο κέντρο ειδικά στην ακτινολόγο μπορεί να μην κατάφερα να κάνω τη μαγνητική αλλά η αντιμετώπιση και η συμπεριφορά της ακτινολόγου ήταν πραγματικά ότι καλύτερο έχω συναντήσει μπράβο σας!!!
 Congratulations to all the girls who work at the center, especially to the radiologist, I may not have been able to do the magnetic, but the treatment and the behavior of the radiologist was really the best I have met, well done !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μαγνητικη στο διαγνωστικό κεντρο της άνοιξης..και πήγαν όλα καλά. Η κυρία που χειριζόταν το μηχάνημα ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενική και με βοήθησε να κάνω την εξέταση μου παρόλο που είχα πολύ άγχος!!!άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και ευγενικό προσωπικό.. σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω!
I did a magnetic at the diagnostic center in the spring ... and everything went well. The lady who operated the machine was very kind and helped me to do my examination even though I was very anxious !!! prompt service and kind staff .. I will definitely prefer it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το κέντρο επειδή ήθελα ανοικτό τομογράφο για μια μαγνητική.
Η κυρία που χειριζόταν το μηχάνημα ήταν πολύ ευγενική , πρόθυμη να με βοηθήσει, χαμογελαστή και με υπομονή για να ολοκληρώσω την εξέταση.
Όλο το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό και οι εγκαταστάσεις τους πολύ καθαρές.
I visited the center because I wanted an MRI for an MRI.
The lady who operated the machine was very kind, willing to help me, smiling and patient to complete the test.
All staff smiling and their facilities very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργαζόμαστε οικογενειακώς με το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό κέντρο περίπου 20 χρόνια, απολύτως ικανοποιητικά. Η πρόσφατη ανακαίνιση των χώρων του όμως, έφερε μια ευχάριστα ανανεωμένη ατμόσφαιρα και στο προσωπικό του. Εξαιρετική επιλογή η συμπαθέστατη κυρία στην υποδοχη, με το υπέροχο καλωσόρισμα. Ευγενεστατα και πολύ εξυπηρετικα τα άτομα στα ταμεία. Θεαματική η βελτίωση σε αυτό το κομμάτι. Εκπληκτικοι στην προσέγγιση του ασθενούς και οι δύο γιατροι, που με εξέτασαν σήμερα. Μεγάλη ανακούφιση! Θερμά συγχαρητήρια για την γενικότερη αναβάθμιση. Χίλια ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση.
We have been working as a family with this diagnostic center for about 20 years, absolutely satisfactory. The recent renovation of its premises, however, brought a pleasantly renewed atmosphere to its staff. Excellent choice the nicest lady at the reception, with the wonderful welcome. The people at the checkout are very kind and very helpful. The improvement in this part is spectacular. Both doctors, who examined me today, are amazing in their approach to the patient. Great relief! Warm congratulations on the overall upgrade. Thank you very much for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα κόστος για μια ιατρική εξέταση και δεν ξέρανε. Άφησα τα στοιχεία μου να με καλέσουνε. Πέρασε το ωράριο λειτουργίας και τους κάλεσα πίσω ενώ είχαν σχολάσει. Αντί να ζητήσουνε έστω μια ψεύτικη τυπική επαγγελματική συγνώμη, μου είπανε ότι "σας καλέσαμε αλλά δεν είχε καλό σήμα". Ως γνωστόν αν κάποιος ψεύδεται και είναι ένοχος και κάνει κάτι με δόλο δεν ζητάει ποτέ συγνώμη. Γι αυτό δεν μου ζητήσανε συγνώμη. Ως τηλεπικοινωνιακός αλλά και ως συνδρομητής cosmote γνωρίζω ότι τέτοιο μήνυμα δεν υπάρχει και δεν μου ήρθε ποτέ SMS ότι με καλέσανε. Πολύ απλά αδιαφόρησαν και δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ. Θα προτιμούσα μια δικαιολογία του στηλ "συγνώμη σας ξεχάσαμε" ή έστω μια πιο ειλικρινή δικαιολογία "αδιαφορήσαμε"
ΥΓ: θα μου απαντήσετε με κάποιο copy paste τυποποιημένο μήνυμα και θα αναρωτιέμαι αν την απάντηση την γράφει άνθρωπος ή κάποιο αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα;
I asked for a cost for a medical examination and they did not know. I let my details call me. The opening hours passed and I called them back while they were busy. Instead of even asking for a fake formal apology, they told me that "we called you but it did not have a good signal". As is well known, if someone lies and is guilty and does something deceitful, he never apologizes. That is why they did not apologize to me. As a telecommunication but also as a cosmote subscriber I know that such a message does not exist and I never received an SMS that I was called. They simply ignored me and never called me. I would prefer an excuse in the column "sorry we forgot" or even a more honest excuse "we did not care"
PS: will you answer me with a standard copy paste message and I will wonder if the answer is written by a person or an automated system?
