If I could give more stars I would. Demitris was the perfect host and always checked to make sure we were happy and content. So much better than staying on a hotel. Lovely private getaway in a beautiful Greek villa. Will be recommending to all my friends and family. Please don't hesitate and book

This free standing house with privat pool, terrace and BBQ is in a quiet, yet very central location. From here you can reach every other area of the Island in about an hour. The house is modern, clean, completely air conditioned and comfortable. We had an excellent holiday, enjoying the quiet location, pool en privacy. Dimitris is truly a superhost; welcoming us with local sweets and really taking care.

We stayed for 1 week in May 2022 in Villa Chrysanthi. Had a great time. House is very very nice with clean pool. Hospitality of Dimitris is enormous. He replied to emails and Whatsapp messages very quickly with clear information, e.g. directions how to get to the house. The house is fully equipped, even with airconditioning downstairs and upstairs (although we did not need it at this time of the year). Pool was cleaned during our stay, and also clean towels, blankets and household were offered to be cleaned/done during the week. From the villa you have a great view over the valley and it's situated close to Sami where you can find supermarkets, shops and nice restaurants along the boulevard. Glad we found and booked the house, which I would recommend to friend and family. Thanks Dimitris!

Fantastic villa exactly as advertised and Dimitris is a great host offering lots of suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. We were already on the island and Dimitris had kindly agreed to allow us to check in earlier and came to meet us with delicious patisseries and local wine which was very appreciated. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful part of the village near the donkey trekking and easy to follow signs to the villa. On the junction of the road that heads to Argostoli is a great walk along the river, the route is all marked and is called the 7 water mill walk, and is just below the villa. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, filter coffee pot and a kettle. Pods were easy to find in the supermarket in Sami. We ate outside every day on the patio and made use of the pool which was a fantastic lower area with sunshades and 6 comfortable sun loungers. Two bathrooms and plenty of hot water, very comfortable beds and a/c made for a good sleep when the temperatures were 29c outside. So much to do around Sami, this was a great location for us and quiet which is what we like when selecting a place to stay. I would definitely come here again and have no hesitation recommending this villa.

Dimitris’ villa is absolutely perfect. We found it to be very well equipped and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the house is such a nice space to be in. The pool was great, always very clean and even though it wasn’t too hot while we were there, the garden/pool gets a lot of sun so was never too cold to swim in. The views from the villa and the garden are amazing. The villa is well situated for exploring the whole island if you have a hire car. Dimitris was always available to answer any queries and gave us loads of great recommendations for places to eat and visit - all were great. He also gave us a very nice bottle of wine and box of sweet pastries which were delicious and much appreciated. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Kefalonia and highly recommend the villa to anyone visiting the region.
