★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία την Μεγάλη Δευτέρα το βράδυ στις 9 μ.μ. και την Μεγάλη Πέμπτη παρέλαβα στην Αθήνα, μηχάνημα 45 κιλών, εν μέσω εορτών Πάσχα , δεν την περίμενα τέτοια ταχύτητα ! Πέντε αστέρια , λοιπόν, στην ομάδα που ετοιμάζει τις παραγγελίες και στην μεταφορική που εξυπηρετεί το κατάστημα και άλλα πέντε αστέρια στην Κυρία που με εξυπηρέτησε τηλεφωνικώς και μου εξήγησε τις διαφορές μεταξύ των 2 προιόντων που έβλεπα στο site, πραγματικά την "ζάλισα" στις ερωτήσεις και πραγματικά είχε τεράστια υπομονή να μου εξηγήσει τα πάντα ! Να ευχαριστήσω και τον Κύριο που ανέλαβε να με ενημερώνει για την πορεία της παραγγελίας, μέχρι να παραλάβω. Επαγγελματισμός, με όλη την σημασία της λέξης, σε όλα τα στάδια της πώλησης, με γνώμονα την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη και όχι την πώληση αυτή καθαυτή. Μπράβο σας , συνεχίστε έτσι ! Εννοείται συνιστώ ανεπιφύλαχτα !
 I placed an order on Holy Monday night at 9 p.m. and on Holy Thursday I received in Athens, a 45 kg machine, in the middle of the Easter holidays, I did not expect such speed! So, five stars to the team that prepares the orders and to the shipping company that serves the store and another five stars to the Lady who served me by phone and explained the differences between the 2 products I saw on the site, I really "stunned" her in the questions and he really had a lot of patience to explain everything to me! To thank the Lord who undertook to inform me about the progress of the order, until I receive it. Professionalism, in every sense of the word, at all stages of the sale, based on customer satisfaction and not the sale itself. Well done, keep it up! Of course I highly recommend it!
