Ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση, καθόλου λειτουργικόι,,αργοί κ δεν αναλαμβάνουν το μερίδιο της ευθύνης που τους αναλογεί σε περίπτωση λάθους τους, προφασιζομενοι φθηνές δικαιολογίες. Και συγκεκριμενα: πήγα στο κατάστημα προ 2 μηνών με ένα εξάρτημα (καμμένο) ηλεκτρικού πίνακα κ ζητησα ακριβώς το ίδιο, σημειωτέον: επεστησα την προσοχή στον υπάλληλο κ του είπα ότι θέλω το "αθόρυβο"(ρελε διαφυγής). Όχι μόνο δε μου έδωσε αυτό που του ζήτησα, αλλά πλήρωσα τεχνικό 2 φορές φορές 1 φορά για να το τοποθετήσει κ άλλη μια για να βγάλει το λάθος εξάρτημα κ να επανεγκαταστησει το αθόρυβο,ήτοι 35×2=70 €. Στην ερώτηση μου γιατί δε μου έδωσαν το σωστό εξάρτημα αποποιουνταν των ευθυνών κ ούτε ανέλαβαν να με αποζημιώσουν ή να πληρώσουν τον τεχνικό που έφερα τη δεύτερη φορά. 2 μήνες ταλαιπωρία κ ούτε που ίδρωσε το αυτί τους.....Ας τολμούσαν να το έκαναν σε άλλη χώρα αυτό... θα έτρωγαν πρόστιμο κ θα έλεγαν κ ένα ΣΥΓΓΝΏΜΗ που ούτε αυτό δε μου είπαν....Απαράδεκτοι,αντιεπαγγελματιες...Ούτε απ'έξω δεν ξαναπερναω.....Κάποτε πρέπει να λέμε κ μερικές αλήθειες μήπως κ αλλάξει αυτή η παντοδυναμία του αντιεπαγγελματισμου, που κρύβονται πισω από ένα ανενεργό νομικό πλαίσιο που δεν τους τιμωρεί,αλλά τους συντηρεί κ δημιουργεί ΤΕΡΑΤΑ που μας ταλαιπωρούν κ δε βρίσκουμε ούτε το δίκιο μας.... Αυτά τα ολίγα περί αφύπνισης. The only camouflage they keep is the stone smiley ... As for the service, not at all functional, slow, and don't take the share of responsibility they incur in the event of their mistake, appearing cheap excuses. Specifically: I went to the store 2 months ago with a (burnt) electrical panel and asked for exactly the same, note: I drew attention to the employee and told him I wanted the "silent" (escape relay). Not only did he not give me what I asked for, but I paid a technician 2 times 1 time to place it another to remove the wrong part and reinstall the silent one, ie 35 × 2 = 70 €. In my question why they didn't give me the right accessory, they were relinquished and did not undertake to compensate or pay for the technician I brought the second time. 2 months of discomfort and not even sweating their ear ..... If they dared to do it in another country ... they would eat fine and they would say a TIME that they didn't even tell me .... Unacceptable, unprofessional. ..And by no means do I go back again ..... Sometimes we have to tell some truths that this omnipotence of unprofessionalism has changed, hiding behind an inactive legal framework that does not punish them but preserves them and creates a MONSTER they are in trouble and we can't even find our right .... These little things about waking up.

Πας και ξέρεις σίγουρα ότι θα εξυπηρετηθείς με χαμόγελο και ευγενεια. One of the few stores that combines very friendly service and trained staff. k	kyriakos tithorea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα αγόρασα από το κατάστημα 3 φωτιστικά ασφαλείας ,Έφυγα χωρίς να προσέξω οτι με χρέωσαν παραπάνω απο την αναγραφόμενη τιμή. Μετα από 5 λεπτά επέστρεψα και ήταν ευγενικότατοι αφού παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος τους όμως δεν επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα, Δεν θα γινώ ούτε εγώ πλούσιος ούτε το κατάστημα πιο φτωχό με 2 ευρώ αλλά είναι θέμα τάξης. Φαντάζομαι και οι ίδιοι δεν πληρώνουν τα αγαθά που αγοράζουν σε υψηλότερη τιμή από την αναγραφόμενη. Today I bought 3 safety lights from the store, I left without noticing that I was charged more than the listed price. After 5 minutes I came back and they were very kind after they admitted their mistake but they did not return the money, I will not get rich or the store poorer with 2 euros but it is a matter of order. I imagine they themselves do not pay for the goods they buy at a higher price than the one listed.
