Very nice hotel. Pool and bar in the top with nice views. Gym. Breakfast is awesome and the people working there extraordinarily nice. Greek, french, English, Spanish, don't worry about the language. The neighborhood is good but it has passed its better times. However, it is 20 minutes walk from Plaka (shopping and restaurants) monastiraki (flea market), acropolis, Parthenon, door of Adriano, temple of Zeus, a lot of places to visit

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is professional but I didn’t get that above and beyond feeling. The pool closes at 6:30 and the surrounding area around it does not feel safe. I called down for water and they made me go to the restaurant and the restaurant made me go up to the reception desk. Breakfast was amazing! If you plan on staying in the hotel this is a great place. They will call you a taxi but you definitely don’t want to walk back at night.

The reception desk staff are great and nearly tip it into a 5; they helped arrange car hire, taxis and made good suggestions on restaurants etc. The hotel itself is a bit tired and the rooms are small for the price. Neighborhood is a bit tired but we didn’t feel unsafe walking home at night.

Hotel cancelled the reservation without telling us. Only found out on arrival and they had no other rooms available. While the person on front desk tried to help us they weren't particularly apologetic and was not the start to the trip we expected. Seeing as I had called the day before to confirm parking arrangements was all very strange.

Too expensive for what it offers, very bad service, wifi speed was... you really need patience with it. The gym is basically a couple treadmills and very few dumbels, the rooms dont have balconys neither windows just plain glass that you cant open. There are way better choices in the city.

Wifi is terrible ( + only free for 3 days), the area does not feel safe - looks like the slums, the bed and pillows are hard as boards, no coffee maker or mini fridge in rooms (we stayed in a “supreme” room), the jacuzzi was luke warm at best, and the view from the rooftop / windows from the rooms are VERY undesirable. The staff is friendly but I would recommend staying at Electra Hotel or anywhere else..

Friendly and helpful staff, beds are comfortable but rooms are dated and facilities are tired. Unfortunately the facilities were lacking over all, understandably some things are restricted by covid but they had taken it quite far. No bar, no minibar, no spa, no gym, no pool, no terrace, no hot drink facilities, no room service and for some reason no lights on in the hallways(?!?) We had breakfast at the hotel on one morning and it was dreadful so did not repeat the experience, plenty of local places for far better fare. Well located and if only using as a place to sleep it is comfortable and peaceful. Would not stay here again though :(
