★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are supposed to be the main representative of Bluestar ferries. I’d bought my ticket online direct from Bluestar ferries. Alas, the link to the digital Covid form wasn’t working nor did I have a printer. You can’t board a ferry without one of these forms. I asked for a form was told they didn’t have any(strange), left then thought about it. How can you sell tickets without forms? Went back told the same story,then eventually told I couldn’t get a form unless I bought a new ticket from them. Petty? Unhelpful? Good representation for Bluestar? Cowboys? Good news is they ain’t the only show in town.
