Siamo entrati chiedendo due biglietti per il traghetto più veloce per Mykonos e il risultato è stato che siamo usciti con due ticket per il super espress che impiega 1 ora e mezza per arrivare a Mykonos...facendo tappa a NAXOS! Quando abbiamo fatto notare alla hostess che noi volevamo quelli che impiegava 45’ e che costava di più ci ha detto che era impossibile cambiare!!! Assurdo. E siamo anche partiti in ritardo!!! How NOT to do customer service! We entered asking for two tickets for the fastest ferry to Mykonos and the result was that we went out with two tickets for the super express which takes 1 hour and a half to get to Mykonos ... making a stop at NAXOS! When we pointed out to the hostess that we wanted the ones that took 45 minutes and that it cost more she told us that it was impossible to change !!! Absurd. And we also left late !!!
R	ROUBAUD Rémy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons loué un scooter 50cc pendant 3 jours pour 132€ (120€ pour les 3 jours + 12€ de commission en payant par carte). Le personnel est plutôt à l'écoute dans l'ensemble. Nous avons eu 2 casques quasi neufs et un scooter, qui malgré ses 400 000km, était en très bon état de marche. Petit bémol au moment de rendre le scooter où la dame n'a pas compris que je souhaitais qu'elle déchire la feuille avec mes coordonnées bancaires (pour l'éventuelle caution). We rented a 50cc scooter for 3 days for 132 € (120 € for the 3 days + 12 € commission by paying by card). The staff are generally attentive. We had 2 almost new helmets and a scooter, which despite its 400,000km, was in very good working order. Small flat when returning the scooter where the lady did not understand that I wanted her to tear up the sheet with my bank details (for the possible deposit).

R	Ronan O'Brien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not give business to this travel agent. They directed us to the wrong line for our boat from Paros to Santorini. In turn, we ended up missing our boat. When we returned to their office to explain that we missed our boat due to their guidance error, they wanted us to buy new tickets at an additional cost of 70 euro. They wouldn't even let us speak to their manager, who they couldn't reach. Absolute cowboys! Terrible customer service and a poorly run business.
