Εν αγνοία μας άλλαξε το δωμάτιο από δωμάτιο με θέα σε δωμάτιο με θέα το δρόμο διότι το δωμάτιο δόθηκε λόγω προπληρωμής σε άλλον,χωρίς να ζητηθεί από εμάς προπληρωμή . Αν δεν καλούσαμε για επιβεβαίωση δε θα μας ενημέρωνε ποτέ. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά χωρίς διάθεση για συνεργασία. Μόνο για καταγγελία. The worst behavior I have encountered from an accommodation manager. The reservation was made 4 months ago and everything was arranged. Χ	Χριστίνα Σπο on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η μεγαλύτερη απογοήτευση από οποιοδήποτε άλλο ξενοδοχείο εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού. Η κράτηση είχε γίνει εδώ και 4 μήνες σε συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο με θέα τη θάλασσα. Είχε γίνει αλλαγή ημερομηνίας για να υπάρχει διαθέσιμο το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο. Έπειτα από δικό μου τηλεφώνημα ενημερώθηκα 15 μέρες πριν πάω στο κατάλυμα πως τα δωμάτια δεν είναι διαθέσιμα γιατί συνεργάζονται με γραφεία που έχουν προπληρώσει και εγώ θα πάρω το δωμάτιο με θέα το δρόμο. Με την υπεύθυνη να είναι ανένδοτη στο να βοηθήσει. Παρεμπιπτόντως σε εμάς δεν ήθελε προπληρωμή λόγω covid, ενώ της είχε γίνει πρόταση. Κανένα αστέρι δεν αξίζει και δε το συνιστώ σε κανένα άνθρωπο που θέλει να επισκεφτεί το νησί καθώς η συμπεριφορά είναι απαράδεκτη και άκρως ειρωνική. Υ.Γ. η κυρία μας πρότεινε να πάμε στο δίπλα ξενοδοχείο το οποίο υποτίθεται πως είναι στην ίδια κατάσταση με το δικό της, ενώ ήταν ακριβώς το αντίθετο. Λυπάμαι απλά... Είστε για καταγγελία! Our lady suggested we go to the hotel next door which is supposed to be in the same condition as hers, while it was just the opposite. I'm just sorry ... You are for complaint!
M	Marijana Dusnoki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accomodation is ok, great view, very quiet , clean, but the bed is very hard. We couldn't sleep normally so we woke up every morning very tired. That's a big minus from us.
