★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα συμφωνήσω με ένα σχετικό σχόλιο εδώ στο ότι ακυρώνουν ραντεβού και υπάρχουν αδικαιολόγητα μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις στη συχνότητα των ραντεβού. Ελληνική πραγματικότητα!
I will agree with a relevant comment here that cancel appointments and there are unjustifiably long delays in the frequency of appointments. Greek reality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ελάχιστο που έχει ανάγκη ένας άνθρωπος που επισκέπτεται ένα τέτοιο κέντρο, είναι να νιώσει ότι τον σέβονται.
Όταν στα 10 ραντεβού σου ακυρώνουν τα 7 και τα 3 από αυτά στα ακυρώνουν ενώ είσαι ήδη εκεί, μόνο σεβασμό δεν εισπράττεις.
Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα μείον αστεράκια.
Για να είμαι όμως δίκαιος, υποθέτω πως το πρόβλημα ήταν μια συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος της δομής, η οποία όμως θα έπρεπε να αξιολογείται και να έχεις τις ανάλογες κυρώσεις (που προφανώς δεν είχε γιατί... ποιος νοιάζεται?).
The least a person who visits such a center needs is to feel respected.
When 7 of your 10 appointments are canceled and 3 of them are canceled while you are already there, you only receive respect.
If I could I would put minus asterisks.
But to be fair, I guess the problem was a specific employee of the structure, which, however, should be evaluated and you should have the appropriate sanctions (which obviously did not have why ... who cares?).
