Ένας κύριος που έδειχνε σαν να είναι υπεύθυνος του μαγαζιού 3 βδομάδες μετά την αγορά αυτοκινήτου χτυπιόταν πίσω από το γραφείο διαφωνώντας με το πόρισμα του μηχανικού χωρίς καν να έχει δει το αυτοκίνητο και χωρίς αποδείξεις ότι το πρόβλημα που έβγαλε το αυτοκίνητο ήταν φταίξιμο του βενζινάδικου που μας έβαλε πετρέλαιο και ότι το καύσιμο δεν ήταν καλό. Δεν είναι επαγγελματικό, ούτε ηθικό και δεν μπορείς να κάνεις δυσφήμιση άλλης εταιρίας, είτε να μειώνεις έτσι τον μηχανικό που η ίδια η εταιρία σου συνεργάζεται και να αποποιήσαι τις ευθύνες σου. Καθώς η αγορά έγινε από τον πατέρα μου και εγώ μένω στο εξωτερικό τέτοιες συμπεριφορές και τέτοιοι "επαγγελματίες" είναι απαράδεκτοι.
Very bad customer service and zero professionalism. A gentleman who looked like he was in charge of the store 3 weeks after buying the car was knocked on the back of the office disagreeing with the mechanic's conclusion without even having seen the car and without evidence that the problem with the car was the fault of the gas station put oil and that the fuel was not good. It is neither professional nor ethical and you can not slander another company, or thus reduce the engineer that your company works with and waive your responsibilities. As the purchase was made by my father and I live abroad such behaviors and such "professionals" are unacceptable.
