★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολλές παραπλανητικές πληροφορίες για το ακίνητο και συγκεκριμένα για τους ενοικιαστές που τελικά οδήγησαν στην μίσθωση δικηγόρου με επιπλέον έξοδα του ενδιαφερόμενου για να καταλήξουμε ότι τελικά το ακίνητο από εκεί που θα ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο σε ελάχιστο χρόνο, τελικά πωλείται με το πρόσθετο βάρος των ενοικιαστών.
Υπήρξε κατ επανάληψη πίεση για παράλογες προκαταβολές της τάξης του 10% πριν γίνει έλεγχος τίτλων και πριν αποσαφηνιστεί το καθεστώς ενοικίασης το οποίο και απαγορεύει τελικά την πώληση γιατί επρόκειτο για ενοικιαστή ευπαθούς κοινωνικής ομάδας που καλύπτει απόλυτα ο νόμος από κάθε περίπτωση έξωσης.
Ουσιαστικά υπήρξαν 3 εβδομάδες πίεσης για να γίνει μια αγοραπωλησία ζημιογόνα για τον υποφαινόμενο.
Οποίος συνεργαστεί να δείξει ιδιαίτερη προσοχή με το χαμηλότερο δυνατό κόστος ελέγχου τίτλων και οποιουδήποτε τυχόν βάρους.
