★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά αξίζει!!! Όλες οι φίλες μου που πέρασαν πέρυσι Θεσσαλονίκη, μου το πρότειναν από την πρώτη στιγμή αλλά εγώ ήθελα να τα βγάλω πέρα μόνη μου. Και οι δύο κύριοι που δουλεύουν εκεί είναι τέλειοι, με το χιούμορ τους με έκαναν να νιώσω πολύ άνετα. Το πιο σημαντικό για εμένα όμως είναι πως κατευθείαν μου έδειξαν αυτό που έψαχνα - ένα μικρό φοιτητικό decent σπίτι σε καλό μέρος. Μου έδειξαν δηλαδή αυτό που τους είπα εγώ ότι θέλω και όχι αυτό που ήθελαν να μου «πουλήσουν» και αυτό το εκτιμώ πάρα πολύ, όπως και το γεγονός πως δεν με γύριζαν άσκοπα από σπίτι σε σπίτι, όπως έκαναν άλλοι μεσίτες (που κατά τη γνώμη μου αυτό είναι ότι το χειρότερο). Το μεσιτικό αυτό αναμφισβήτητα αξίζει μια καλή κριτική, το προτείνω σε όλους ανεπιφύλακτα !!!!!!! ¨)))))
It is really worth!!! All my friends who went to Thessaloniki last year, suggested it to me from the first moment but I wanted to make it through on my own. Both gentlemen who work there are perfect, with their humor they made me feel very comfortable. But the most important thing for me is that they showed me directly what I was looking for - a small student decent house in a good place. In other words, they showed me what I told them I wanted and not what they wanted to "sell" me and I appreciate that very much, as well as the fact that they did not turn me from house to house unnecessarily, as other brokers did (which in my opinion to me this is the worst). This real estate is definitely worth a good review, I highly recommend it to everyone !!!!!!! ¨)))))
