Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.Τους γνωρίζω εδώ και 20 χρόνια και όσες αγοραπωλησίες τους έχω αναθέσει, τις έχουν φέρει εις πέρας γρήγορα και στην καλύτερη τιμή.Μεγαλο μπράβο στον Κο Γιώργο και πολλά φιλιά και ευχαριστίες στον Γιάννη αλλά κυρίως στην αγαπημένη μου Μαρίζα. Π	Παναγιωτης Τατσης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 13/5/21 στις 14:00 είχα ραντεβού με την Κυρία Μαρίζα Παπαδάκη για την υπόδειξη αγοράς ακινήτου επί της οδού Πέτρου Καλλιγά στο Γκύζη τιμή ακινήτου 48.000€.Ήμουν με την κοπέλα μου ειδα το ακίνητο παρων κι ο ιδιοκτήτης ,τους ενημέρωσα ότι θα επιστρέψω με την μητέρα μου στην επόμενη ώρα για δεύτερη γνώμη. Αυτό έκανα επέστρεψα σε λιγότερο από μια ώρα με την μητέρα μου κι μόλις τελείωσα το ραντεβού μας περίμενα την μεσιτρια στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας όπως είχαμε συνεννοηθεί. Όταν κατέβηκε της είπαμε ότι θέλω το ακίνητο όπως το είχαμε πει κι προφορικά στον ιδιοκτήτη ο οποίος μας παρέπεμψε στην μεσιτρια για τα περαιτέρω. Είπα στην Κυρία Παπαδάκη ότι θέλω το ακίνητο και την ρωτήσαμε ποια είναι η τιμή που θα πρέπει να δώσουμε ώστε να το πάρουμε γιατί η τιμή στην αγγελία έγραφε ότι ήταν συζητήσιμη, μας είπε ότι έχει μια προσφορά στις 40.000€ και ότι εάν δώσετε 44.000€ θα το πάρετε κι δεχτήκαμε σε αυτό, παραπάνω να μας έλεγε θα τα έδινα.Μας έδωσε τον επαγγελματικό,προσωπικό,προφορικό της λόγο ότι δεν θα κάνει αλλά ραντεβού. Μάλιστα εγώ κάλεσα τον δικηγόρο μου μπροστά της για το επόμενο βήμα.Τελειωσαμε το ραντεβού μας ικανοποιημένοι και είπαμε ότι θα μιλήσουμε το βράδυ, αυτό κάναμε μου είπε ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης συμφώνησε με την τιμή κι μάλιστα τις έδωσα κι πληροφορίες όσον αφορά την πολεοδομία για την δήλωση περί αυθαιρετων. Είχα πει κι στο ραντεβού μας κι τηλεφωνικά ότι μετά τον έλεγχο τίτλων θα δώσω όση προκαταβολή θέλει ο ιδιοκτήτης. Με καλεί την επόμενη μέρα η κυρία Παπαδάκη για να μου πει ότι έκανε άλλο ραντεβού σήμερα στο ακίνητο με άλλον αγοραστή κι ότι τελικά συμφώνησε μαζί του κι ότι το τίμημα είναι στις 48.000€ και της έκφρασα την δυσαρέσκειά μου.ΚΑΚΙΣΤΗ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΊΑ ΑΘΕΤΙΣΕ ΤΟΝ ΛΟΓΟ ΤΗΣ ΜΠΡΟΣΤΑ ΣΕ ΜΕΝΑ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΝ ΜΗΤΈΡΑ ΜΟΥ. ΔΕΝ ΤΗΝ ΣΥΝΙΣΤΩ.... On 13/5/21 at 14:00 I had an appointment with Mrs. Mariza Papadaki for the suggestion of buying a property on Petrou Kalliga Street in Gyzi, property price € 48,000. I will be back with my mother in the next hour for a second opinion. I did this, returned in less than an hour with my mother and as soon as I finished our appointment I was waiting for the realtor at the entrance of the apartment building as we had agreed. When she came down we told her that I wanted the property as we had said and verbally to the owner who referred us to the realtor for further. I told Mrs. Papadaki that I want the property and we asked her what is the price we should give in order to get it because the price in the ad said it was negotiable, she told us that she has an offer of € 40,000 and that if you give € 44,000 you will take it and we accepted it, if she had told us more, I would have given it to her. She gave us her professional, personal, oral reason that she will not make but an appointment. In fact, I called my lawyer in front of her for the next step. We finished our appointment satisfied and said that we would talk in the evening, this we did, she told me that the owner agreed with the price and I even gave them information regarding town planning for the statement about arbitrary. I had said in our appointment and by phone that after checking the titles I will give as much advance payment as the owner wants. Mrs. Papadaki calls me the next day to tell me that she made another appointment today at the property with another buyer and that she finally agreed with him and that the price is € 48,000 and I expressed my dissatisfaction with her. BAD EXPERIENCE DISAPPOINTED LOGO TO ME AND MY MOTHER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ....
