Messonghi Beach Holiday Resort - Crossroad

After reading some negative reviews I was afraid to stay at your hotel. But I am very surprised, rooms clean, cleaned daily, cleaning ladies very nice and helpful. The facility is very beautifully situated. Breakfast, Dinner, Dinner, hmm a lot of choice, you can definitely choose something for yourself, it's ok. I attach great importance to waiter service, I greet the waiters?. And as for the evenings, a nice and varied big plus. I spent 8 wonderful days at your hotel Regards❤️

Great location and amazing things included in all inclusive offer. However, the food is bad, but a selection of drinks is unlimited (alcoholic and nonalcoholic ). The rooms are okay. We had a bad allergy cus the curtains were very dusty, but nobody did anything. There is loud music all day. Wouldn’t come back.

The most friendliest happy helpful staff they really are the highlight of the hotel. From the bar staff to the cleaners, the animation team and especially the life guard by the slide pool George brilliant with children made are holiday really enjoyable. Thankyou so much

For the first time I have actually been on holiday with my brothers and sisters ( and we are all over 55), have spent the last fortnight at the hotel, and have all really enjoyed it, From the setting, food and of course the service. On a personal level, half way through the holiday I broke my leg, the staff could not do enough for me, found them all to be very caring and helpful ?. I would like to thank Jamie, Mikael and the team on reception, the ladies in the mini Market, and especially Maria in the medical centre. I will return and I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends Thank you all. Peter Rider.

3 years in a row i was at this awesome hotel. (And also brought friends from Albania). It needs 4 star at least. But every year I had good price but this year it was almost twice the price. This is the only reason I couldn’t come this year. With the price of this year i had 5 stars hotel in Another place in Greece. So you made me go in another place. You should keep and give discount for people who come many times.

my stay at this hotel was good. everything is clearly explained. food is also fine and there are also plenty of restaurants nearby if you don't feel like eating at the hotel. friendly staff especially the lifeguard at the pool with the slides (Giorgos) he is very helpful and friendly. the animation team is very pleasant and has something planned every evening. You quickly get to know all kinds of nice people. Really recommended to go to! (Room nummer 518)

Very crowded and noisy...lots of kids....the facility seems to cater to the French (swimming pools blocked off for other guests,nightly shows in French as well)...but good location and near town...only 25min from airport. Rooms ok but shower area is small...ask for a room facing the back of the resort as it's is the quietest.

It was a really nice place, with a few issues for me anyway. The swimming pool was one of them, they are pretty small to which you can't use inflatable floats in them. But the on site shops sell floats so unless you want to use them in the sea save your money. The kids did enjoy using the pools tho so happy days. They did mention about the sun loungers can't be reserved but people including my self did get up before breakfast and put our towels on them. No one seemed to complain. But I didn't really see anyone having an issue finding a spot unless they turned up later on in the day. The beach and sea fantastic location which is at the back of the hotel, clean and amazing. My advice get sea shoes because it's a stone beach and some people did stand on sea urchins bare foot. Morning swimming was fantastic. I paid for a superior room with a garden view I feel like I didn't get that at all. I didn't question it but I kinda wish I did but that's my issue. Food was ok and the cleanliness of the restaurant was really good. Staff were fantastic the reception staff was brilliant on arrival letting us go and get something to eat before checking in. Bar staff Fantastic. Entertainment staff were brilliant to. Would I go back is debatable, just because of the pool sizes for the kids and the room was disappointing for me, would I say go definitely because I had minor issues doesn't mean you will.
