★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute shambles. The woman told us our appointment was Thursday. Confirmed multiple times that it was on THURSDAY - told her we were unavailable Monday Tuesday and Wednesday to which she said she was fully booked up until Thursday so it worked out well for us.
Turned up to our appointment on Thursday as we were told and she turned us away. She had booked us in for Tuesday!!
Took our money and wouldn’t refund us when she provided the wrong dates. Thoroughly disappointed and has ruined our entire experience here.
