In general, renting a motorboat is a very good idea to spend free time and the formalities with these related comments I do not have. The trip itself is very cool but ..... after the trip the bald guy in his forties (I can not remember his name, maybe the owner) stated that during a 2 hour trip I spent 15 euros for fuel, which I have to pay him when I have finished my cruise! The smallest motorboat we rented during a quiet two-hour cruise will consume a maximum of 3 liters, which at the fuel price in Greece 1.5 euros will give you 4,5 euros but he was charge me 15 euros !!!. This is a regular imposter !!! And what he does is a thief !!! Perhaps it's not important but probably nobody likes to be cheated, so please be careful !

On time collection from our hotel by Victor, with a smile, clear briefing and a tour in the bay to ensure we had well understood the safety instrcutions, fair on fuel charges after the day (many reviews state the opposite, probably from people who didn’t understand or listen when explained). Overall a great experience with the Family boat, only 2 adults (chose this boat as has better stability then the standard model), despite the 30 HP engine we still managed to push the throttle and gain some good speeds for that type of boat. Only scoring 4 and not 5 due to the lack of in-built cooler and USB plugs but that’s picky and probably not available on such models anyways. Have no hesitation about this Company, we will return when next in Corfu !

Went on Thursday and booked a 6 person and a 3 person boat for Saturday. No paperwork exchanged hands but Victor assured us the boats would be ready. We arrived on Saturday morning at 9am ready to go but the only boat waiting was a 5 person. An hour of frantic calls later and we find a random 5 person and 4 person boat in the harbour that seemed like a favour pulled in at the eleventh hour. I paid a €40 deposit and was clearly told the boats were €100 each. After arriving back on time at 5pm we were suddenly told the boats were €120 each and that the "deposit" was actually just part of the money for the boats. We were suspicious when a staff member measured the petrol used. The boat with less people that hadn't been used nearly as much had used €30 worth of petrol and the boat with more people has used €25. A broken propeller cost a further €120, even though we had been told our 9-5 boat session came with comprehensive insurance and tax. As we followed the exact route suggested by the staff member and avoided shallow areas we doubted that the damage had even been caused by us. All in all, myself and my 8 friends felt that we had been taken advantage of. Although the ramshackle nature of some businesses in Messonghi is endearing, the Messonghi Travel Company are just a very headache-inducing operation to deal with. You're on holidays, it's not worth the stress.

Before we took of Yiorgos gave us a mini lesson and made sure we were prepared. Had an amazing experience with their boats, very reliable and fuel efficient boats! Definitely recommend this company and this experience!
