★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα αγορά ενός προϊόντος από μαγαζί στην Θεσσαλονίκη που το έστειλε με την αξιολογούμενη εταιρία. Έφτασε σε μία μέρα. Μεχρι εδώ όλα καλά.
ΑΛΛΑ:
Πρώτον, δεν εξυπήρετούσε την διεύθυνσή μου, και ενημερώθηκα γι' αυτό αφού το προϊόν είχε σταλεί στην Αθήνα. Μάλιστα για να ολοκληρωθεί η μεταφορά θα παραδιδόταν το πακέτο σε άλλη μεταφορική, με επιπλέον χρέωση (καμία ενημέρωση γι' αυτό πριν αναχωρήσει το πακέτο από Θεσσαλονίκη).
Δεύτερον, η μεταφορά Αθήνα - Θεσσαλονίκη κόστισε 4 ευρώ, και για να γίνει παράδοση κατ' οίκον (έδρα επιχείρησης -> Περιστέρι, απόσταση ~ 1,5km) κόστος 10ευρώ. Προφανώς καμία ενημέρωση.
Εντάξει, είπαμε, παρέχετε περιορισμένες υπηρεσίες, αλλά δεν γίνεται να κάνουν ότι νάναι, όταν έχουν εξαρχής τόσο τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας μου, όσο και το που πρέπει να καταλήξει το πακέτο. Και πριν απαντήσουν ότι δεν φέρουν καμία ευθύνη και ότι το φταίξιμο είναι του μαγαζιού που αγόρασα το προϊόν, ας τους ενημερώνανε εκείνους αντί για εμένα. Στο κάτω κάτω της γραφής, θα μπορούσαν μην αναλάβουν την δουλειά.
 I bought a product from a store in Thessaloniki that sent it with the evaluated company. It arrived in one day. So far so good.
BUT:
First, it did not serve my address, and I was informed about it after the product had been shipped to Athens. In fact, in order to complete the transfer, the package would be delivered to another transport company, with an additional charge (no information about this before the package leaves Thessaloniki).
Secondly, the transfer Athens - Thessaloniki cost 4 euros, and to make a home delivery (business headquarters -> Peristeri, distance ~ 1.5km) costs 10 euros. Obviously no update.
Okay, we said, you provide limited services, but they can not do what they want, when they have both my contact details from the beginning and where the package should end up. And before they answer that they have no responsibility and that the fault lies with the store where I bought the product, let them inform them instead of me. At the bottom of the writing, they might not take the job.

It took a while for them to find my package, as there is no addressing system in use. Packages are stored in an ad hoc manner. Finding them relies on the staff's memory. So be thorough in your description of the package and go there as soon as you get informed of its arrival. The longer it has waited, the longer it takes for them to retrieve it.
