T	TcP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα με μεταφορική εταιρεία στα χρόνια που ο γιος μου μετακινείτο λόγω σπουδών. Και εξηγούμαι. Η μεταφορά αφορούσε στην οικοσκευή φοιτητή από τα Ιωάννινα στον Ωρωπό και ενώ είχα διευκρινίσει ότι ο δρόμος που θα παραδοθούν τα πράγματα είναι στενός και θα έπρεπε να τα στείλουν με μικρό φορτηγό, τα πράγματα έφτασαν με φορτηγό ψυγείο, για τρόφιμα (!), που δεν χώραγε να περάσει από το δρόμο. Εκτός αυτού τα πράγματα ήρθαν σε κακή κατάσταση. Ψυγείο και πλυντήριο έφτασαν γρατζουνισμένα. Αλλα αυτό μπορεί να πει κανείς ότι είναι πιθανό να συμβεί σε μια μεταφορά οικοσκευής. Το χειρότερο απ όλα ήταν ότι καταλήξαμε να ξεφορτώσουμε τα πράγματα από το φορτηγό ο γιος μου κι εγώ, αφού ο μόνος παρών από την εταιρεία ήταν ο οδηγός του φορτηγού,. Στην αρχική συμφωνία όμως, μου είχαν πει ότι κατά την παραλαβή και την παράδοση θα υπάρχουν μεταφορείς, για τους οποίους φυσικά και είχα πληρώσει χωριστά. Οταν μετά την παράδοση επικοινώνησα με την κα Βάγια για να παραπονεθώ και να ρωτήσω γιατί δεν είχαν στείλει μεταφορείς μαζί με τον οδηγό, όπως είχαμε αρχικά συμφωνήσει, μου απάντησε ότι είχα δίκιο για τα παράπονά μου αλλά δεν "έβγαιναν" στο κόστος αυτό. Εν ολίγοις τα πάντα φώναζαν "αρπαχτή". Μπορεί στη μεταφορά εμπορευμάτων να προσφέρουν καλύτερες υπηρεσίες, στην περίπτωση μου πάντως η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν αντιεπαγγελματική και απαράδεκτη. Worst of all, my son and I ended up unloading things from the truck, as the only one present from the company was the truck driver. In the original agreement, however, I was told that upon receipt and delivery there will be carriers, for which of course I had paid separately. When after the delivery I contacted Ms. Vagia to complain and ask why they had not sent carriers with the driver, as we had originally agreed, she replied that I was right about my complaints but they did not "come out" at this cost. In short, everything shouted "grabber". They may offer better services in the transport of goods, in my case, however, their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.
C	Christina Priavolou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ενημερώνουν για έξτρα χρεώσεις και στο τέλος ζητάνε παραπάνω χρήματα. Δύο φορές παρέλαβα, και τις δύο μου ζήτησαν έξτρα χρήματα. Την πρώτη φορά επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και μετά από συνομιλίες τους με τη μεταφορική με ενημέρωσαν ότι ήταν λάθος της μεταφορικής και ότι δε χρωστούσα κάτι. Τη δεύτερη μου ζήτησαν έξτρα μετρητά χρήματα επειδή το ανέβασαν στον πρώτο όροφο (χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν για τις χρεώσεις) ενώ δε μου ήταν απαραίτητο να το ανεβάσουν. The first time I contacted the store and after their conversations with the transport company they informed me that it was a transport error and that I did not owe anything. The second one they asked me for extra cash because they raised it on the first floor (without informing me about the charges) while I did not have to raise it.

Είναι μεγάλο θέμα να στέλνεις δύο πακέτα και να παραδώσουν ένα και το άλλο να έχει φύγει για αλλού. ..! Εκτός αυτού ένταξη. .. λάθη γίνονται. .. αλλά να σου λένε ότι φταις εσύ που δεν άφησε ο οδηγός τους στο πρακτορείο και το δεύτερο και να σου μιλάνε και με αγενια λες και είναι οι μοναδικοί. Υπάρχουν κ άλλες μεταφορικες για Ηγουμενίτσα δοκιμασμένες πολλές φορές από μένα. ...τώρα τι με έπιασε κ δεν πήγα εκεί; βιασύνη. Καλά να πάθω wants good communication to receive everything you send.
