Ά	Άννα Οικονόμου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ δυστυχώς πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. το κόστος της αγοράς ήταν μεγάλο αλλά τα προϊόντα δεν ήταν ετοιμοπαράδοτα, έτσι αφου εξοφλήσαμε το ποσό στο μαγαζί συμφωνήσαμε να μας αποστέλονται στι σπίτι κάθε φορά που κάποιο από αυτά (3 συνολικά) θα καταφθάνει στο κατάστημα. όχι απλά δεν τα έστελναν αλλα δεν με ενημέρωσαν κιόλας πως είχαν φτάσει στο κατάστημα. έπρεπε να καλέσω 3 φορές συνολικά για να ρωτάω κάθε φορά για την εξέλιξη της αποστολής και κάθε φορά η απάντηση που έπαιρνα είναι ότι ως δια μαγείας είχε φτάσει την προηγούμενη ημέρα στο κατάστημα και ότι μπορώ να παώ να το πάρω. αφού τους έλεγα ότι είχαμε συμφωνήσει να μας τα στείλουν κάθε φορά η απάντησει που έπαιρνα ήταν πως δεν το είχαν σημειώσει. αναρωτιέμαι γιατί καμία από τις 3 φορές που κάλεσα δεν φιλοτιμήθηκε εν τέλει κάποιος να το σημειώσει...τέλος εννοείται πως ενώ μου είχαν πει την ημερομηνία που θα κατέφθανε το προϊόν δεν ήταν σωστή. για παράδειγμα μου ειχαν πει πως ενα στρώμα που παρήγγειλα θα έφτανε "την επόμενη Τετάρτη" όταν τους κάλεσα τότε με μερικές μέρες καθυστέρηση κιόλας μου ειπαν ότι πρέπει να περιμένω ακόμα μια βδομάδα. κρίμα γιατί αφήσαμε αρκετά λεφτά σε αυτό το κατάστημα που θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε αφήσει αλλού και να μας είχαν εξυπηρετήσει σωστά. unfortunately very poor service. The purchase cost was high but the products were not ready to be delivered, so after we paid the amount at the store we agreed to have them sent home every time one of them (3 in total) arrives at the store. not only did they not send them but they did not even inform me that they had arrived at the store. I had to call 3 times in total to ask each time about the progress of the shipment and each time the answer I got was that he had magically arrived at the store the day before and that I could go get it. after I told them that we had agreed to send them to us every time the answer I got was that they had not noted it. I wonder why none of the 3 times I called did anyone dare to note it ... finally it goes without saying that while I was told the date the product would arrive was not correct. for example I was told that a mattress I ordered would arrive "next Wednesday" when I called them then with a few days delay they even told me that I have to wait another week. pity because we left enough money in this store that we could have left elsewhere and been served properly.
Μ	Μαιρη Λιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα ηλεκτρονικη παραγγελια της κουκλας Susy με το φορεματακι με το φιογκο,στα σχολια τους ειχα γραψει να με ενημερωσουν για καποιες λεπτομερειες πχ τα ματια να μην εχουν καποιο προβλημα και για να με διευκολυνουν με τις αποριες με πηραν τηλεφωνο δυο φορες για να μου πουν οτι οντως η κουκλα ειναι αριστη. Το θεμα με τις ηλεκτρονικες παραγγελιες ειναι οτι σε αλλα καταστηματα πχ δεν ασχολουνται εχει τυχει να μου στειλουν απο αλλου την κουκλα χωρις να την ελεγξουν και να ερθει ελαττωματικη στα ματια. Στο συγκεκριμενο καταστημα η κοπελα που μιλησαμε ηταν ευγενικη,κατατοπιστικη και εξυπηρετικη, το προιον ηρθε την επομενη μερα και αριστο οπως στη φωτογραφια. Θα τους ξαναπροτιμουσα ανετα. Β	Βασίλειος Κάβουρας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επαγγελματίες στην δουλειά τους και ποιότητα στα βρεφικά είδη. Χρειάστηκε να επιδιορθωθεί το κάθισμα καροτσιού Pali Ghibli και με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα! Θα τους ξανά προτιμήσω. Professionals in their work and quality in baby items. The Pali Ghibli stroller seat needed to be repaired and I was served immediately! I will prefer them again.
E	Evi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρετησε ήταν ευγενική αλλά δεν γνώριζε τίποτα για το προϊόν που ήθελα. Και ενώ μας είπε ότι θα έρθει μια άλλη κυρία που τα γνωρίζει, εκείνη δεν ήρθε ποτέ! Ευτυχώς είχα διαβάσει κ ψαχτει μόνη μου. Μόνο κάποια στιγμή ήρθε η άλλη για να δείξει ένα κουμπάκι αλλά έφυγε λες κ την ενοχλουσαμε και ζηταγε συγνώμη από την άλλη πελάτισσα που είχε! Σιγά!! Τελικά έκανα αγορά και μεγάλο ποσό αλλά κ στο ταμείο πλήρης αδιαφορία. Γενικά εκνευρίστηκα, δεν μου έχει ξανατυχει κάτι παρόμοιο. Εννοείται ότι Δεν θα ξαναπάω. Very poor service. a	aria kok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ πήρα τηλ για τηλεφωνική παραγγελία ενός παιχνιδιού που είχα δει στο σκρουτζ.... πολύ εξυπηρετικη η κοπέλα και αμεση... αν κ εορτές παράδοση (αμπαλαρισμενο) σε 2-3 μέρες ... τρομερή η εταιρεία κουριερ που συνεργάζονται . μου έστειλε λινκ να παρακολουθώ όλη μέρα την γεωγραφική πορεία του δέματος μου κ την εκτιμώμενη ρεαλιστικη ώρα παράδοσης (βέβαια την πρώτη μέρα, μισή ώρα πριν την ώρα παράδοσης μου ακυρώσε την παράδοση, αλλα την επόμενη ημέρα οκ ήρθε! ... .) Οι τιμές του καταστήματος είναι λίγο πιο υψηλές από άλλα αντίστοιχα καταστήματα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό όσες φορές ψώνισα.Παράλληλα με εξυπηρέτησαν ακόμα και τηλεφωνικά δίνοντας μου τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για να προχωρήσω στην αγορά που ήθελα.
