Ξαναπήραμε τηλέφωνο, δε το σήκωναν μέχρι τις 5 και τέταρτο και είπαν με ύφος να περιμένουμε και θα έρθει. Όσο ήρθε σε σας, ήρθε και σε μας το δέμα. Ξαναπηραμε τηλέφωνο και είπαν ότι μπερδεύτηκαν και προστοπαρων κάνουμε τη προσευχή μας να μας το φέρουν αύριο. The worst. Our order has arrived since yesterday, they called us today saying that 2 to 5 the package will arrive. He never came, they never called us. We got on the phone again, they did not pick it up until 5 and a quarter and they said in style to wait and it will come. As long as it came to you, so did the parcel to us. g	giannis rec. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια μεταφορική καμια συνέπεια και κανένας σεβασμός στον πελάτη. Ας κλείσει επιτέλους αφου δεν μπορουν να ανταπεξέλθουν σε βασικά πραγματα. Και η τιμές ας μην το συζητήσουμε καλυτερα. Παρήγγειλα ένα Γραφείο και μου ήρθε σπασμένο. Και όταν τους το είπα διότι αυτοί το έσπασαν έκαναν τους Κινέζους. Τι να πω παιδια αυτή η εταιρία μόνο εταιρία που δεν είναι. Μακριά από την συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική Poor metaphor no consequences and no respect for the customer. Let it close at last since they can not cope with basic things. And let's not discuss prices better. I ordered an Office and it came broken. And when I told them because they broke it, they did it to the Chinese. What can I say guys this company is just a company that is not. Away from the specific transport
Σ	Σάρα-Μαρτίνα Σταυριδάκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και ειρωνικοι και οι οδηγοί και από το γραφειο. Έχουν την απαίτηση να είσαι όλη μέρα στο σπίτι να περιμένεις ένα δέμα. Κ παίρνουν τηλέφωνο χωρίς καν να έχουν έρθει στο χώρο σου. Αν δν απαντήσεις σε 5 λεπτά έφυγαν. Δεν είναι επαγγελματίες και είναι αγενέστατοι. Είναι τόσο δύσκολο να ασχοληθουν και να φτιάξουν ένα πλάνο ώστε να ενημερώνουν το κόσμο για την ώρα παράδοση, πχ 10-12 θα είμαστε στη πόλη σας. Unacceptable and ironic and the drivers and from the office. They require you to be at home all day waiting for a parcel. They pick up the phone without even coming to your place. A	Anna Kotsifaki06 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Κάποιοι συγγενής μας έστειλαν ένα πακέτο, το οποίο για να σταλεί σε εμάς χρεώθηκε 10€. Το πακέτο, υποτίθεται θα το παραλαμβάναμε πριν το Πάσχα. Όταν έφτασε, την Μ. Πέμπτη, μας ζήτησαν επιπλέον 8€- Εμείς λογω του ότι ξέραμε, ότι δεν χρειάζεται να πληρώσει και ο αποστολέας και ο παραληπτης- ζητήσαμε να μιλήσουμε με κάποιον υπεύθυνο από την εταιρία. Αυτοί πήραν πίσω το πακέτο και μας είπαν ότι θα το επέστρεφαν το μεσημέρι, αφού επικοινωνούσαμε με τον υπεύθυνο. Όταν λύθηκε η παρεξήγηση και μας είπαν ότι έγινε κάποιο λάθος, διότι αυτό δεν συνηθίζεται να γίνεται, μας ζήτησαν συγγνώμη λέγοντας ότι θα παραλαμβάναμε το πακέτο το μεσημέρι. Το πακέτο δεν ήρθε ποτέ και αφού επικοινωνήσαμε μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα το φέρουν την Τετάρτη (μια εβδομάδα μετά), παρόλο που οι ίδιοι μας είχαν πει ότι θα ερχόταν το μεσημέρι και ενώ εμείς είχαμε τονίσει, ότι είναι υψίστης σημασίας να το παραλάβουμε πριν το Πάσχα.
