★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα πριν λίγες ημέρες στα γραφεία τους ωστε να παραλάβω ένα δέμα. Στο σημείο όμως που διεκπεραιώνονται οι εξοφλήσεις για την παραλαβή είχαν βάψει έναν πάγκο χωρίς όμως κάποια ενημέρωση - προειδοποίηση με αποτέλεσμα να βαφτεί το μπουφάν μου!! Η δικαιολογία της υπαλλήλου ήταν ότι δεν είχαν κόσμο την συγκεκριμένη ημέρα ....οπότε δεν χρειαζόταν να βάλουν κάποιο χαρτί για να μην αχρηστεύουν τα ρούχα του άτυχου που θα πήγαινε να παραλάβει κάποιο δέμα!! Όπως μου είπε η υπάλληλος μηδένισαν την οφειλή 15€ και ΘΑ αναλάμβαναν το καθαριστήριο ελπίζοντας ότι έτσι θα καθάριζε το μπουφάν. ΘΑ με ενημέρωνε την επόμενη ημέρα για το πώς θα πληρωθεί το καθαριστήριο. Μετά από αρκετά δικά μου τηλεφωνήματα ( εννοείται ότι δεν πήραν ποτέ) μου είπαν ότι ο υπεύθυνος θεωρεί ότι δεν έχουν άλλη υποχρέωση! Δηλαδή αποζημιωσανε το μπουφάν με 15€;;;! Αισχρός!!!
 I went a few days ago in their offices in order to receive a parcel. But in point redemptions processed on receipt had painted a bench without some updating - warning thus painted my jacket !! The official excuse was that they were not people for the day .... so no need to put a paper to not defeat the clothes of the unfortunate who was going to receive a parcel !! As I said the clerk reset the debt is € 15 and will undertake the cleaning hope that this would clear jacket. Will inform the next day on how to pay for the cleaning. After my own several phone calls (meaning they never got) they were told that the manager considers have no obligation! That compensation jacket with 15 € ;;;! Obscene!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a worse courier in my life. At first they delayed 1 day and I called them and they said they could not meet the deadline due to excessive work and they were gonna bring it the day after or I could drive over there and get it myself. I called the day after to make sure this would not happen again and they said the package was not even there and they hang up on me while screaming in my ear about them being honest. WELL THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS PRETTY COOL IF YOU WANT YOU PACKAGE DELIVER 1 AND A HALF WEEK LATER
