Ζάνα ( κυρια που μου κανει lazer) την συμπαθω και κανει πολυ καλα την δουλεια της , αλλα σαν συστημα και οργανοση απαδαρεχτοι... Ξεκινησα ως πελατισσα στο Ελληνικό και ήμουν μόνο 18 οταν ξεκινησα (τωρα 22) και ακομα δεν εχω ξεμπερδεψει. Ειναι δικό μου λαθος σαν νεα κοπελα που πίστευα τις προσφορες τους. Άλλα συμφωνουσαμε και άλλα κανανε, το ίδιο και στην αδερφη μου. Δεν ενημερώνουν τους πελατες έτσι οπως πρεπει και λένε πολλα ψεματα να έχετε ελπιδες για τα αποτελεσματα σας και για το ποσο "καλη προσφορα" ειναι αυτη που σας κάνουν. Για να τα πω με σειρα τι εγιναν. Ξεκινησα με καποια "φανταστικη προσφορα" άλλα ειπαν θα κάνουν και αλλα κάναν, οταν το καταλαβα αυτο έπαψα να ερχομαι τακτικα, το καταλαβαν αυτο και μ ειπαν να πληρωσω εξτρα να παρω μια αλλη προσφορα 'μονο για εμενα" ως συγνώμη, ο 18 χρονος εαυτος μου το έχαψε. Αποφασησε και η αδερφη μ να κανει lazer και εγιναν ολα τα ιδια απο την αρχη, ξεκίνησε με "προσφορα γιατι ειναι αδερφη μου" και μετα επρεπε να πληρωσουμε εξτρα για να παρει αυτο π ζήτησε απο την αρχη. Παρόλο που ειμασταν και οι δυο μαζι και ακουσαμε πολυ καλα τι μας ειπε μας εβγαλαν και τις δυο οτι ακουσαμε λαθος. Γενικα στοχεύουν ανίδεα ατομα και στο τέλος οταν κανεις καποια παρατιρηση ΕΣΥ παντα κατι ακουσες λαθος και το διορθώνουν με το να πληρώσεις λιιγο παραπανω και να σ προσφέρουν αυτο που ζήτησες εξαρχης. Ειμαι ακομα πελατισα εκεί , ακομα μ χρωστάνε κατι που ειχα πληρωσει, αλλα θα κανω την δουλεια μ και δεν θα ξανα ασχοληθω μαζι τους. Θα παω αλλου. Ξεκαθαρα λεω αν δεν ηταν για την Ζανα , θα εβαζα 1αστερι. Δεν προτεινω το μερος, και κανενα metro beauty.... I am a client of metro beauty for years now, I like K. I started with some "fantastic offer" others said they would do and others did, when I realized this I stopped coming regularly, they understood this and told me to pay extra to get another offer "only for me" as an apology, the 18 year old himself My sister decided to do a laser and everything was the same from the beginning, she started with "offer because she is my sister" and then we had to pay extra to get what she asked for from the beginning. the two of us together and we listened very well to what he told us, they both told us that we heard wrong. They generally target ignorant people and in the end, when you make a remark, you always hear something wrong and they correct it by paying a little more and offering you what you asked for from the beginning. I'm still a customer there, they still owe me something I paid for, but I will do my job and I will not deal with them again. I will go elsewhere. I clearly say if it was not for Zana, I would put 1 star. I do not recommend the place, and no metro beauty ....

Όσο αφορά τα μηχανήματα που διαθέτουν είναι πολύ αποτελεσματικα στις θεραπείες σώματος και πρόσωπου . Excellent staff with impeccable behavior but also courtesy. The place is very clean and tidy. As for the machines they have, they are very effective in body and face treatments.
