★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν αξίζει για την μηνιαία τιμή του, κάποια όργανα είναι σε κακή κατάσταση, ο χώρος είναι πολύ στενός, δεν έχει σχεδόν καθόλου καθρέφτες και το προσωπικό όχι και τόσο ευγενικό
 It is not worth it for its monthly price, some instruments are in poor condition, the space is very narrow, it has almost no mirrors and the staff is not so polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο περιβάλλον, καθαρό, με καινούρια οργανα και ευγενικό ιδιοκτήτη. Αν χρειαστείς βοήθεια είναι πάντα εκεί.
Very nice environment, clean, with new instruments and kind owner. If you need help it's always there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μικρό συνοικιακο γυμναστήριο. Θα ήταν καλό να προσθέσουν προγράμματα αίθουσας, όπως πιλατες Yoga και άλλα για να τραβήξουν γυναίκες. Είναι λίγο ανοργανωτοι και μερικά μηχανήματα λίγο χαλασμένα. Δεν τηρούν τα μέτρα προστασίας, ειδικά το αφεντικό.
Small neighborhood gym. It would be good to add room programs such as Pilates Yoga and others to attract women. They are a bit disorganized and some machines are a bit damaged. They do not follow the protection measures, especially the boss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ καλό για ένα συνοικιακό - γειτονικό γυμναστήριο. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος , σε αναλογία με τον κόσμο που το επισκέπτεται. Δεν θα το πρότεινα για γυμναστηριακούς που ψάχνουν σιδεράδικα και hardcore stuff.
Θετικά:
Καινούργιος εξοπλισμός σε μπάρες , βαράκια ,δίσκους και πάγκους.
Σχετικά καθαρό.
Ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Trap Bar + Μονόζυγο + Dip Station (μέτριο βέβαια)
Αρνητικά:
Πολύ μέτριας ποιότητας τροχαλίες.
Βαράκια περιορισμένων κιλών για πολλούς ( μέχρι 25 kg ) .
Leg press σε "κακή" γωνία και δεν είναι plate loaded.
Very good for a neighborhood - neighboring gym. The place is suitable, in proportion to the people who visit it. I would not recommend it for gyms looking for blacksmiths and hardcore stuff.
Pros:
New equipment in bars, dumbbells, discs and benches.
Relatively clean.
Polite personnel.
Trap Bar + Single balance + Dip Station (medium of course)
Negatively:
Very mediocre quality pulleys.
Weights of limited weight for many (up to 25 kg).
Leg press at a "bad" angle and is not plate loaded.
