★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο Γιώργος είναι εξαιρετικός προπονητής και συνάμα πολύ καλός χαρακτήρας! Πρόσχαρος και ευχάριστος! Είναι πάντα ανοικτός να βοηθήσει τόσο στο προπονητικό κομμάτι όσο και της διατροφής. Στη δική μου περίπτωση λόγω του ότι είμαι εκτομορφικός κατάφερε μέσα σε ένα πρώτο χρονικό διάστημα 4 μηνών να πετύχουμε τα πρώτα αξιόλογα αποτελέσματα με συνδυασμό άθλησης και κατάλληλης διατροφής που μου υπέδειξε.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέσα σε μόλις ένα μήνα διέκρινα διαφορά και στα κιλά μου αλλά και στη μυϊκή μάζα μου! Είμαι πολυ ευχαριστημένη με τα αποτελέσματα μου. Ο Γιώργος σε εμψυχώνει διαρκώς, πάντα ρωτάει την γνώμη σου και σου θυμίζει τον στόχο σου, έτσι ώστε να βελτιώνεσαι ήρεμα και μεθοδικά!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε 3 μήνες διέκρινα διαφορά την οποία σε ένα "απλό" γυμναστήριο θα χρειαζόμουν τουλάχιστον τον διπλό χρόνο (το έχω δοκιμάσει στο παρελθόν).Εκτός από την καταπληκτική καθοδήγηση, χωρίς τραυματισμούς, με άπειρες γνώσεις αυτό που τον διακρίνει από άλλους personal είναι ότι ο Γιώργος πάνω απ όλα είναι ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΣ, ακούει και κατανοεί τις ανάγκες σου, είναι εκεί και μετά την προπόνηση αλλά και σε θέματα υγείας μπορείς να τον συμβουλευτείς και να σε βοηθήσει.Ό Γιώργος απλά είναι εκεί σε ότι χρειαστείς. Όλο το πακέτο κάνει την επιτυχία. Σ ευχαριστώ για όλα!!
In 3 months I noticed a difference which in a "simple" gym I would need at least twice as long (I have tried it in the past). Apart from the amazing guidance, without injuries, with infinite knowledge what distinguishes him from other personal is that George above all he is a MAN, he listens and understands your needs, he is there even after training but also in matters of health you can consult and help him.
