First things first - I like the store and its competitive prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and access to the store is relatively easy. What I do not like, which has nothing to do with the store as a standalone but with the adaptation of such stores through the whole country, is the fact that they drive the market's imported goods, instead of letting the consumer have a say. Pretty much all stores deploy a product manager that is rather clueless, and tries to bring trending products in the market, without the distinct attention to defined markets (beginners/enthusiasts/professionals). That makes a lot of quality and famously renown pieces come in scarcity, if at all. The business model they deploy is strictly revenue oriented as well, which makes the shopping experience lacking in many ways, as the only ideal successful scenario is defined by the more money and only. There's no touch of a 360 service, or a tech agenda that facilitates any other need rather than a strict sale. Don't get me started on re-imports and re-exports with ineffective service options.

I bought a printer, ink and paper. But the genius experts in your shop forgot to tell me that the box doesn't have a special USB cable. So now I lost a whole day of travel, and have an angry client because of you. Don't buy from amateurs!

Prompt service, indifferent attitude.

Totally irresponsible personnel. Pretty rude, not apologising for their mistakes. Not even care about customer reviews. I called to ask if there was a product available to go and buy it. They assured me they had it. I told them I will be there in a hour to buy it and specified the product key. They said "OK, we will be waiting for you to come". I arrived in 50 minutes. They told me they sold the product via phone to another and that it's my fault I did not order it when I called. I explained that they were the only store in Athens to have that product ,that I travelled to get to their store because they assured me through phone they had it and gonna wait for me to get there ! ! ! Ι showed them my phones recent call history, to prove my point. They absolutely ignored me and asked me to leave the store ! Finally I returned telling them they were totally wrong and if not apologise I will then write a review telling the whole story. They said they didn't care at all ! ! !

One of the few places in the Exarheia neighbourhood that's still "original" computer ppl that know their thing and've been around for thirty years or so. Regardless of your skill level in computers, ask them to propose products and combinations. Guaranteed no bs offerings and they always surprise me with their well thought combos and knowledge of things.

Really bad experience... Made an online order for a 1550 euro laptop, 2 days later i call to see if it was arriving soon (supposedly it takes 2 days) and i am told the order hasn't progressed as it's over 1500 euros and i would need to pay via bank transfer and couldn't by POS. However in the online form they only inform that if the order is over 500 you should check a box. Nothing about not able to accept orders over 1500 !! They claimed they sent me a mail the next day about that, no mail ever arrived. I had 1 mail, confirming the order. Nothing in spam or Bin folder either. Of course for something so serious, i would expect to get a phone call. If i hadn't called them, i would still be waiting for that laptop !! I'm leaving for the UK soon, which means i can't wait. When i pointed out that this " over 1500 euros " isn't stated anywhere on their website, the guy on the phone tried to justify things by telling me that " it's the law ". Ok.... They didn't apologize, they didn't try to find a solution and when i told them i would need to cancel the order, it didn't seem to bother them at all. I was under the impression a 1550 laptop is considered a high value order in Greece. They treated loosing that order as if it was another " 5 euro cable ". I thought there was a crisis in Greece, glad to see things aren't like that. The only thing they did was try to find excuses and practically put the blame on me for not seeing an email which never arrived. I'm not claiming they didn't send it, but i never got it! They should have called. By they way, after i cancelled the order i got a confirmation mail for that after 2 mins, so i can certainly receive mails from them, which i guess probably gives some insight as to the mail they sent informing me about the issue with the POS payment.... Extremely disappointed from their behavior. No respect for the client whatsoever.

Guys are great... Rare to find in Athens showroom in charge polite and nice .. This about the guys .. Regarding the products... Very high quality with low price.... For sure I would like to experience buying again...... I definitely highly recommend MG manager..... Keep the good work and I will let all people I know to recommend your store. 5 stars for the employee 5 stars for the quality And 5 stars for price.
