Response was immediate, received the order number and a message that the order was ready for pickup early next morning. In-store staff very helpful, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend the particular Plaisio Stournari store and will be a preferred store for future purchases.

But the prices are more often than not, too high. Try the cool mom n pop computer stores right across the street first - better prices for the same thing.
