Made an order for 100 euros paid online didnt get a single email to confirm my order or a a phone call i tried calling them and emailing they dont pick up nothing and when they picked finaly just because i spoke English they hang up on me directly and didn't even call me back.

Nice crew, to my eyes, they have what they say they have. Industrial style decoration. Selectively the best prices in Greek market.

I bought and installed SSD and they did really good job and their prices are good as well. I even referred the place to my friend. What made me give only 3 stars is because: -they tried to take more money from me by telling me they’ll do thing more than I asked so they do more service. I thought it’s just a kind of help because I said no I can install Windows and do the back up I don’t need that! and they said don’t worry we can do all this, they told me their hand work will cost 60€ and for sure I said no! I only need what I asked, and it was for 10€ only.! -they’re told me the work will 2 days or more and I when I said no I can’t wait for 2 days! they really did the job in 30 minutes! I appreciate that but so why 2 DAYS if it can be done in 30 minutes. So you need to be careful and aware of the things you want to buy.

Really bad experience... Made an online order for a 1550 euro laptop, 2 days later i call to see if it was arriving soon (supposedly it takes 2 days) and i am told the order hasn't progressed as it's over 1500 euros and i would need to pay via bank transfer and couldn't by POS. However in the online form they only inform that if the order is over 500 you should check a box. Nothing about not able to accept orders over 1500 !! They claimed they sent me a mail the next day about that, no mail ever arrived. I had 1 mail, confirming the order. Nothing in spam or Bin folder either. Of course for something so serious, i would expect to get a phone call. If i hadn't called them, i would still be waiting for that laptop !! I'm leaving for the UK soon, which means i can't wait. When i pointed out that this " over 1500 euros " isn't stated anywhere on their website, the guy on the phone tried to justify things by telling me that " it's the law ". Ok.... They didn't apologize, they didn't try to find a solution and when i told them i would need to cancel the order, it didn't seem to bother them at all. I was under the impression a 1550 laptop is considered a high value order in Greece. They treated loosing that order as if it was another " 5 euro cable ". I thought there was a crisis in Greece, glad to see things aren't like that. The only thing they did was try to find excuses and practically put the blame on me for not seeing an email which never arrived. I'm not claiming they didn't send it, but i never got it! They should have called. By they way, after i cancelled the order i got a confirmation mail for that after 2 mins, so i can certainly receive mails from them, which i guess probably gives some insight as to the mail they sent informing me about the issue with the POS payment.... Extremely disappointed from their behavior. No respect for the client whatsoever.

A very good computer hardware and laptop store with decent product gamut and availability. Reasonable service time and strategy. There personnel is very friendly and kind and most of them know their stuff. The prices are good and there's fast delivery option. All in all a great store to pickup some computer hardware or peripherals.

It's a good place to buy technology related products, just know that there might be some unexpected and/or extended wait times.

I never went to the store yet... Probably tomorrow because I want to buy a VR headset but I'm putting this review with 5 starts because all the reviews that I was reading where too crazy man. This is to qualify the store and they attention... Ofc the store are not producing Dell laptops, they are only seller's Brody's. Finally, do we have some discount for black Friday? :D
