★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard so many good word's from my friends until I went to shopping some cigars and really disappointed. Maybe it's a dress code for the customers because it is not differently explained by the irresponsible and indifferent treatment by the staff at the shop.
I asked for specifically cigar's but which do not belong to the category of ... expensive cigars that cost 30-50 euro's one cigar....
The result was a lot of indifferent behavior when they suspected that by me would not have been receiving a huge amount of money like other rich and famous customers.
I paid the value of the cigars I wanted to try and decided that, never never again, I would not spend either a euro in this shop.
So if you do not plan to spend enough money to buy cigars it is better to find someone else more honest shop with helpful staff and not bad professionals who want only the big wallets.

FYI- The location is inside a small mall right off the street (so you won’t see it if you are walking by)
