We informed we are interested for wedding rings, guided us to the first floor, and upon reaching, the employer takes out from the drawer only one ring! No question what we like, if we have anything in our mind, no nothing. He had a hard time to do his part unfortunately. So I showed him in a photo the ring we liked. He takes out that ring and did not have size for me. I give my number to be called back and advise me how long it will take to bring it to the store. I called them back once, after I found a missed call in my phone. They called me back (finally a kind gentleman) to advise me that the employee that served us will call me after 15 minutes with all the information needed. No one called again. Chose different store to go buy my rings. Looks like they don’ t have same attitude to all the customers unfortunately, being kind only to people they think they have money. Maybe I am wrong and they are generally rude or just don’ t know how to do their job properly. Not sure which is worse. Too bad for a brand boutique.

One year ago I have bought 2 bracelets in a total of 16.000,00€ paid and both has factory problem, they have been sent to Cartier Paris for analysis and we got the results back confirming that they have factory problem. Those bracelets have been for service more than 5 times in a year!I bought smtg that I can’t use.I want my MONEY back or a NEW bracelet.
A	Alexander Trofimov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In order to buy a necklace for my wife for our 1yr marriage anniversary, they asked me for the proof of my residency in the EU as they were not going to sell anything to Russian citizens due to “regulations”. Next time they will put a yellow star on my chest and won’t let me into the boutique. I understand that this is hard time for many people but by such blunt discrimination, they are making things worse. The manager didn’t bother to show up for a chat. Cancel culture has never led to any good results. This was very very humiliating.
