★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εψαχνα ανταλλακτικο για ενα Bosch GSB13RE κρουστικο δραπανο,και ψαχνοντας,κατεληξα στην εν λογω επιχειρηση.
Ηθελα το στατορα (πεδιλο πολων). Το ειχαν,με τιμη 14,00ευρω+2,90ευρω ΕΛΤΑ coorier και μετα απο τηλεφωνικη συνομιλια,το παραγγειλα χτες το μεσημερι. Κατεθεσα τα χρηματα σε λογαριασμο τους,και σημερα το πρωι το ειχα στα χερια μου!
Το τοποθετησα και φυσικα δουλεψε μια χαρα!
Πολλα μπραβο σε οσους συνεβαλλαν στην πολυ καλη και ταχιστη εξυπηρετηση!!!
I was looking for a replacement for a Bosch GSB13RE Impact Drill, and after searching, I ended up in that business.
I wanted the stator. They had it, with a price of 14.00euros + 2.90euros ELTA coorier and after a phone conversation, I ordered it yesterday at noon. I deposited the money in their account, and this morning I had it in my hands!
I placed it and of course it worked!
Many awards to those who contributed to the very good and prompt service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απευθύνθηκα στήν επιχείρηση κατόπιν συστάσεως τής Bosch επειδή είναι εξουσιοδοτημένοι αντιπρόσωποι γιά τίς επισκευές εργαλείων. Τούς παρέδωσα πρός επισκευήν μία σέγα που είχα αγοράσει πρό ολίγων ημερών. Εντός 15 ημερών μου τήν αντικατέστησαν μέ άλλη κουνούργια. Μού φέρθηκαν μέ επαγγελματισμό καί σεβασμό καί τήρησαν μέ τό παραπάνω τούς όρους εγγυήσεως τού εργαλείου. Κατόπιν αυτών καί η εμπιστοσύνη μου στά εργαλεία Bosch παραμένει ισχυρή, καί τήν συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση τήν συνιστώ.
I went to the company on Bosch's recommendation because they are authorized dealers for tool repairs. I handed them over for repair a seagull that I had bought a few days ago. Within 15 days I was replaced with another mosquito net. They treated me with professionalism and respect and adhered to the above warranty of the tool. After that and my confidence in Bosch tools remains strong, and this particular business I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι κάτοχος ενός Dremel Ms20. Έστειλα το μηχάνημα για επισκευή. Στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και η εξυπηρέτηση ταχύτατη και άψογη. Σε 6 εργάσιμες το μηχάνημα είχε επισκευαστεί και είχε φτάσει στα χέρια μου. Με δύο λέξεις έχω να πω:
Άψογοι επαγγελματίες.
I own a Dremel Ms20. I sent the machine for repair. In the telephone communication I had the staff very polite and the service very fast and impeccable. In 6 working days the machine had been repaired and had reached my hands. In two words I have to say:
