Μόνο ο χώρος λίγο ακατάστατος, καθόμουν στο γραφείο και δίπλα επισκεύαζαν με αποτέλεσμα να μου έρχεται όλο το καυσαέριο, αλλά συνεργείο είναι! Θα πρέπει όμως σεβόμενοι την εργασία του, να έχουμε υπομονή διότι δεν γίνεται να απαιτούμε να κάνουνε την δουλειά μας, εις βάρος των υπολοίπων εργασιών του.. P	Parcifal Parcifal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική Εμπειρία! Ειλικρινά δεν ξαναπερναω ούτε απέξω. Πηγα συστημένος απο τον προηγούμενο κάτοχο του οχήματος που αγόρασα. Λογω σύστασης ο κ.Βασιλακης έδινε παρεξηγήσιμα διπλωματικές απαντησεις οσο αφορα το ιστορικό του service του οχήματος (το οποιο ουσιαστικά ηταν ανύπαρκτο) Αφου ανακαλύψανε οτι χρειάζονταν το αυτοκινητο ενα σωρο πραγματα (που οντως χρειάζονταν) το αφησα στο service για 2 εβδομάδες (ειχα ενημερωθεί για την διάρκεια). Μολις παρέλαβα το αυτοκινητο και πηγα 500 μέτρα μακρια, ειχε γινει λαθος σύνδεση και αποσυνδέθηκε η μηχανή με το ψυγείο και γέμισε καπνους στην μεση του δρόμου και επρεπε να μείνει σχεδον ακινητοποιημένο για την αποφυγή επιπλέον ζημιάς στην μηχανή. Ετσι λοιπον αφου ενημέρωσα, επρεπε να περιμενω να περασει το Σαββατοκυριακο και καποιες μερες εορτών (καθως παρα το καθαρά δικο τους λαθος δεν ασχοληθηκε κανεις να μου το φτιαξει αμεσα) και ετσι το ξαναπήγα για διόρθωση. Ενώ φτιάχτηκε το αυτοκινητο 3 μερες μετα, με ενημέρωσαν οτι δεν πρόλαβαν να το ευθυγραμμίσουν και ετσι επρεπε να παω το αυτοκινητο αλλου και για ευθυγράμμιση. Οπως καταλαβαίνετε η ταλαιπωρία ηταν ατελείωτη και εξυπηρέτηση μηδενική Tragic Experience! I honestly do not go outside again. I was recommended by the previous owner of the vehicle I bought. Due to the recommendation, Mr. Vasilakis gave misunderstood diplomatic answers regarding the service history of the vehicle (which was essentially non-existent) After they found out that the car needed a lot of things (which they really needed) I left it in service for 2 weeks (I was informed about the duration). As soon as I picked up the car and went 500 meters away, the connection was wrong and the engine disconnected from the refrigerator and filled with smoke in the middle of the road and had to be left almost stationary to avoid further damage to the engine. So after I informed, I had to wait for the weekend to pass and some holiday days (as despite their pure mistake no one bothered to fix it for me immediately) and so I went to correct it again. While the car was being repaired 3 days later, I was informed that they did not manage to align it and so I had to take the car elsewhere for alignment. As you can understand the inconvenience was endless and service zero
