They said my father wrote his email address wrong, the truth is, they interpreted the email wrong. Even When you send an email to the wrong interpreted email you receive an automatic "this email does not exist" response so they could have atleast tried the alternative. When we finally received the results my father's date of birth was wrong. The most worrying part about this is, I've just received an email by the doctor herself telling me if my father doesn't remove his review she will get her lawyers involved. I respect she must be a good local village doctor, but if you're looking for PCR tests to fly home, please avoid!!

Many of the email test results are rejected at the airport, causing a mad rush at the airport to have an ‘in airport test’ to be done and paid for, at an additional cost of €100 per person. Web site says appointments are available. I tried this, but was told to turn up and wait maybe 30 minutes. I did this, but waited 2 hours 10 minutes to see some one. Was told I could have test results emailed through after 6 pm same day. It’s now 1pm next day, and STILL no results. I’ve emailed to enquire, but no response. I can only conclude they want your money, but provide no real service. My own experience would suggest you find a more reliable company. ☹️
S	Savvas Savvides on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews, some negative reviewers seemed rather vindictive to me - so I went to this laboratory for my travel PCR test since it is a small family owned one, which usually means better and faster service. It was true. They are great, on the phone and in person. Everything was done in less than 5 minutes. I guess you shouldn't go at 9am when they open, maybe there are queues then. I went at a later time than that. The results were sent to me on the same day to my email. You just send them an email to ensure they got it right. No hassle, used fine at the airport. Very much recommended.
