At the appointment the staff were very efficient, quick and polite. We sat in our car and the test was done very quickly. We did not have to wait long. The results came by email at the end of the same day. We highly recommend this Medical Centre and will use it every time we visit Stoupa.

D	David Austin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found the service terrible. Both the staff were very rude and abrupt and totally unhelpful. We went for Covid-19 antigen test. There was no organised system it was a chaotic mess. Both Greeks and British (about 20 people in total had no idea what was happening). We were there over an hour. The test itself, the result email and certificate were good so one star.

It was only through talking to these people did we realise you must receive a form to fill in from the one lady doing the tests. We received the form about 12.45, completed it and paid the cost of the two tests. We were made to stand outside in 35 degree heat without any shade. We had our tests at 13.50, just ten minutes before the centre closed. We also saw people whose appointments were for 13.10 tested before us. The system was, there was no system. Very badly organised. The one good thing was that the tests proved negative and the results were sent to us promptly. Not an experience we would want to repeat.

We attended at the due time and completed our forms and were tested within about half an hour. Very efficient and helpful staff. Received email confirmation in just over an hour.
