Ε	Ευαγγελια Καρακατσανη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά απορώ ποιος έβαλε και παραπάνω αστεράκια απαράδεκτοι και πολύ αργή εξυπηρέτηση .ειδικά τώρα με τα ραπίντ μας έχουν βγάλει την ψυχή πήγα και έκανα εμβόλιο για να μην χρειαστεί να ξανά πάω. I really wonder who put more stars unacceptable and very slow service. Especially now with our rapids have taken our souls I went and got a vaccine so I do not have to go again.

Καλό κουράγιο σε όλη την ομάδα του μικροβιολογικού. Very helpful staff with immediate test results and always with a smile, as befits such a place. Good courage to the whole microbiological team.
E	Evdoksia Sema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απορώ πως το έχουν ανοιχτό ακόμη, τα τεστ τα βγάζουν όπως θέλουν και φουλ θετικά και είναι 100% σίγουρη.. Και προτρεπουν να κάνεις το μοριακό για να πάρουν τα 55€...απαράδεκτη όλοι τους, εκμετάλλευση σε όλο το μεγαλείο... Εύχομαι να κλείσετε πολύ σύντομα... I wonder how they still have it open, the tests turn out as they want and full positive and it is 100% sure .. And they urge you to do the molecular to get the 55 € ... all of them unacceptable, exploitation in all its glory ... I hope you close very soon ...
j	julia julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγώ: Συμπτωματική και με θετικό σελφ τεστ, κάνω ράπιντ στο MicroGenome και βγαίνει αρνητικό. Ευτυχώς δεν το εμπιστεύτικα ( γιατί το επιχρυσμα που κάνουν δεν είναι ρινοφαρυγγίκο) και ακύρωσα το αεροπορικό εισητήριο που είχα για την επόμενη μέρα. Πήγα σε ένα ΚΥ και βγήκε καραθετικό και το ράπιντ και το μοριακό. Ο σύζυγος: συμπτωματικός και με θετικό ράπιντ απο το σπίτι, στο MicroGenome με την ίδια τεχνική λήψης - αρνητικός. Την επόμενη μέρα πηγε στον ΕοΔΥ και βγήκε καραθετικός και αυτός! Όταν επικοινώνησα με το MicroGenome, , μου είπαν ότι έτσι τις κάνουν τις λήψεις και αν δεν μας αρέσουν τα αποτελέσματα, έπρεπε να κάνουμε το μοριακό που είναι πιο αξιόπιστο. Φυσικά η λήψη παλι από το φρυδι θα γινόταν. Ουτε συγνώμη, ουτε τίποτα! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Me: Coincidentally and with a positive self test, I rap at MicroGenome and it comes out negative. Περίμενα αποτελέσματα μιας εξέτασης και ενώ δυο άτομα από την υποδοχή μου είπαν πως θα ήταν έτοιμα την επόμενη μέρα, μετά από 10 τηλεφωνήματα που έκανα αποφάσισαν να με ενημερώσουν ότι έγινε λάθος και θα τα είχα σε 25 μέρες. Ανενημέρωτοι και ανίδεοι. Πριν δυο μέρες έκανα τεστ αντισωμάτων και ενώ θα έβγαιναν την επόμενη μέρα, σχεδόν τους παρακαλούσα για να μου τα στείλουν με email, κάτι που οι ίδιοι πρότειναν λόγω covid. Είναι κρίμα διότι ως είναι το μοναδικό μικροβιολογικό στην Ευκαρπία και ως Riva lab δεν είχα ποτέ πρόβλημα τόσα χρόνια. Όμως δεν πρόκειται να το επιλέξω ξανά για οποιαδήποτε εξέταση και αν θέλω να κάνω. Περιττό να πω για τα λάθος αποτελέσματα που έδωσαν σε φίλη με αποτέλεσμα να νομίζει η κοπέλα ότι έχει κάποια σοβαρή ασθένεια. Αναξιόπιστα αποτελέσματα, απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, δεν έχουν ιδέα. Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι. UNACCEPTABLE The worst microbiological I've ever had. It is a pity because as it is the only microbiological in Efkarpia and as Riva lab I have never had a problem for so many years. But I am not going to choose it again for any examination if I want to do it. Needless to say about the wrong results they gave to a friend as a result of which the girl thinks that she has a serious illness. Unreliable results, unacceptable service, no idea. I am really sorry.
Ε	Ευδοκία Μαρσελου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 5/01 κανω rapid σε φαρμακείο κ βγαίνει θετικό. Το απόγευμα της ίδιας μέρας πάω στο συγκεκριμένο μικροβιολογικο κ κάνω μοριακό τεστ κ βγαίνει αρνητικό. Στις 6/01 μιλάω 3 φορές με τον ΕΟΔΥ κ μου λένε ότι σε ισχύ είναι το θετικό rapid. Στις 7/01 πάω ξανά σε φαρμακείο κ κάνω rapid κ βγαίνει θετικό κ παίρνω τηλ στο μικροβιολογικο ΚΑΙ Η ΑΠΆΝΤΗΣΗ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟ ΤΜΉΜΑ ΉΤΑΝ ΟΤΙ ΕΧΟΥΜΕ ΠΟΛΥ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΆ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΑΣΧΟΛΗΘΟΎΜΕ ΜΕ ΚΑΤΙ ΤΕΤΟΙΟ ΚΑΙ ΟΤΙ ΣΕ ΙΣΧΥ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΤΟ ΑΠΟΤΈΛΕΣΜΑ ΤΟΥ ΜΟΡΙΑΚΟΥ Κ ΜΟΥ ΤΟ ΕΚΛΕΙΣΑΝ ΣΤΑ ΜΟΥΤΡΑ. On 5/01 I do rapid in a pharmacy and it comes out positive. In the afternoon of the same day I go to the specific microbiological and I do a molecular test and it comes out negative. On 6/01 I talk 3 times with EODY and they tell me that the positive rapid is in force. On 7/01 I go to the pharmacy again and I do rapid and it comes out positive and I call the microbiological AND THE ANSWER FROM THE COMPETENT DEPARTMENT WAS THAT WE HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DEAL WITH SOMETHING AND SOMETHING IT IS THE RESULT OF MY MOLECULAR AND THEY CLOSED IT IN THE FACE.
