The best restaurant in Vathy! From the people to the food to the decor this place is fantastic. We choose to have our wedding reception here and i'm so very glad we did. From the day we arrived on the island the staff couldn't do enough for us. On the day the restaurant looked fantastic and they had gone over and above to make sure our day was perfect. They were so accommodating with food and gave us so many options to choose from and on the day the food didn't stop coming. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was. Mika and his family really are the most lovely welcoming people.

The food was very good and the location is nice- situated on the town square of Vathi. Staff was friendly. However, when handed the bill, the total price was much higher than anticipated. Deciphering the Greek, we noticed the staff had erroneously given us the tab from another table. Mistakes can happen. We confronted the staff, and initially they even argued- claiming we ordered the dishes present on the bill. When their position became untenable in the face of all the evidence- they finally agreed with us, and gave us a new tab- of exactly the same price. Now, when checking this new tab, we noticed they priced is €50 for the T-bone steak. This is the menu price for 1kg- clearly not what we received (I estimate the portion to be more like 500gr). When we returned, they handed us a 10 euro bill and apologized, now claiming the steak had been 800gr. On the menu, the steak is described as 500-600gr, which is I think also what we received, but we were tired of arguing and went home. In the end- a positive dining experience ending with a somewhat sour taste in the mouth. I recommend you eat here- but check your tab, and don’t order the T-bone steak.

Greek gourmet cuisine at it's best, Mika's is a must visit restaurant in Vathy. A bit pricey but totally worth it!

Absolutely delicious food. Very unusual dishes. More expensive but well worth it. We loved it. Great friendly staff.

Unpretentiously fabulous restaurant. Serving delicious twists on tradition Greek fare, with several fusion inspired items. The wine list is good, and prices v reasonable. Service was top notch. Guests will not be disappointed.

Celebrated my wife's birthday here and were extremely happy with everything - the food is amazingly delicious & well plated, the service is super friendly, and they even brought out some unexpected birthday cake as a surprise!

Very nice restaurant serving twisted greek delicacies. Located by the port, offers good service with a little salty prices. Much better than the classic Greek taverns around I believe. Worth trying!

Fantastic dinner at mika’s - they had kindly arranged lobster with spaghetti to celebrate Father’s Day, and it was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. The starters were fabulous, and the desserts were wonderful. Service was really lovely. We love this place!
