★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee and consistent with the brand, so wherever you find one it's good, but the lower star rating relates to the WC facilities downstairs.....perhaps they need some attention, or at least a routine check up and maybe some repairs, because they need it currently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the coffee here is good however I wish I could say the same about the employees. I’ve been to other locations and never has an issue, it was this particular location that really upset me. I came here three days in a row and ordered the exact same drink and each time it was a different price! How is that possible?? And yesterday when I was here I ordered that same drink and a sandwich. When I was given my bill to pay it said 2 x the same item which confused me. Knowing I don’t speak Greek and can’t read it the waitress tried to scam me and over charge me 2 euros. I called her over to ask her what the bill read and without even looking at it she said oh yeah my mistake it’s supposed to be 6 euros. Also she was on her phone the entire time and really showed customers she didn’t care about her job ? won’t be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner has attitude...if you can't make the coffee as ordered then you have it back for you to make another... If you don't like it then give it free then NO complaints until then ....tuff ....plus half cup is not acceptable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not the best in its category in the brand.. especially here in the heart of Athens you need almost perfect coffee.. competition is hard and new entries make this game really hard.. taste were far from classic Mikel's tastes, milk different from the order, and tables outside suffer from space, noise and lack of a place to put your bags.. basically it's a take away coffee shop but faraway from excellent choices not so far from it..
