★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no cups and glasses, only plastic one-way cups. Don't know the difference between single espresso, espresso lungo and americano. I ordered an espresso lungo and I took instead of it an extra thin americano.Not a big deal. but I give 1 star because of the environmental policy.
