★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα του Golden Hall. Ενώ μου άρεσε μια μεγάλη πληθώρα ρούχων και σκόπευα να τα αγοράσω, συνάντησα μια αγενής εξυπηρέτηση και καθόλου βοηθητική, όποτε δεν πήρα τίποτα. Κρίμα.
 The worst service in the Golden Hall store. While I liked a large number of clothes and intended to buy them, I came across a rude service and not at all helpful whenever I got nothing. Pity.

Δυστυχώς έκανα το λάθος να παραγγείλω μέσω Instagram ένα T-shirt καθώς μένω στο εξωτερικό, πλήρωσα ηλεκτρονικά και μου πρότειναν να το στείλουν με ΕΛΤΑ διότι το έχουν ξανακάνει.
Μετά από 1.5 μήνα δεν έχω παραλάβει τίποτα, έχω στείλει 4-5 μηνύματα χωρίς να έχω λάβει απάντηση και ούτε καν μου στέλνουν, ενώ το ζητάω, τον 10ψήφιο αριθμό ΕΛΤΑ για να δω εγώ που βρίσκεται το πακέτο.
Προφανώς πλήρωσα για το τίποτα...και κρίμα διότι όποτε πηγαίνω Ελλάδα πάντα ψωνίζω από το κατάστημα του Golden Hall.
Bad service!
Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering a T-shirt via Instagram while living abroad, I paid electronically and they suggested that they send it to ELTA because they did it again.
After 1.5 months I have not received anything, I have sent 4-5 messages without receiving a response and they do not even send me, while I ask for it, the 10-digit ELTA number to see where the package is.
Obviously I paid for nothing ... and a pity because whenever I go to Greece I always shop from the Golden Hall store.
