M	Michalis Kanakakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την πρώτη φορά που επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα ήθελα να μου αλλάξουν τζάμι σε ένα ρολόι citizen. Όταν παρέλαβα το ρολόι δεν ήταν πια στεγανό. Τους το επέστρεψα και έβαλαν κόλλα γύρω-γύρω από το γυαλί και και το πρόβλημα λύθηκε. Τη δεύτερη φορά που ξαναπήγα στο κατάστημα για να μου επιδιορθώσουν μια βλάβη στο ίδιο ρολόι, μου είπαν ότι είχε καεί ο πυκνωτής πλήρωσα 50 ευρώ το παρέλαβα και το ρολόι δεν είχε επισκευαστεί. Μετά από δύο μέρες επέστρεψα το ρολόι πίσω. Το κράτησαν καμιά δεκαριά μέρες μου είπαν ότι ήταν χαλασμένο ένα γρανάζι το οποίο επισκεύασαν και το ξαναπήρα πίσω. Μετά από δύο μέρες το ξανά επέστρεψα γιατί παρουσίαζε πάλι το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Το κράτησαν άλλες 20 μέρες και με ειδοποίησαν ότι το πρόβλημα λύθηκε και να περάσω να το πάρω. Αυτή τη φορά είχαν ξεχάσει να σφίξουν το καπάκι από την κάτω μεριά του ρολογιού με αποτέλεσμα το ρολόι να γεμίσει υγρασία. Το κυριότερο ολων........ το ρολόϊ εξακολουθεί να έχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Δεν διορθώθηκε και εκτός των άλλων δεν επιστρέφουν τα χρήματα 50€ της υποτιθέμενης επισκευής. Μετά απ' όλα αυτά ένα αστέρι και πολύ είναι. The first time I visited the store I wanted to change my glass to a citizen watch. When I received the watch it was no longer waterproof. I returned them and glued them around the glass and the problem was resolved. The second time I went back to the shop to repair a fault on the same watch, I was told that the capacitor had burned, I had paid 50 euros to receive it and the watch had not been repaired. After two days I returned the watch back. They kept it for a couple of days and told me it was a broken gear that they repaired and I brought it back. After two days I returned it again because it had the same problem again. They kept it for another 20 days and informed me that the problem had been resolved and I could get it. This time they had forgotten to tighten the lid from the bottom of the watch so that the watch was moist. Most important of all ........ the clock still has the same problem. It has not been corrected and in addition the refund of 50 € of the alleged repair is not refundable. After all it's a star and it's a lot.

Εξυπηρετικοί και με καλές τιμές, το συστήνω το κατάστημα! Very happy, I got a showcase watch, it was checked by an official service and it was as promised, untouched. Helpful and with good prices, I recommend the store!

Πήγα το δικό μου και παρά τις διαβεβαιώσεις τους μου κατέστρεψαν τη στεγανοποίηση , συνεπώς και το ρολόι. Κι ούτε ένα συγγνώμη, μόνο δικαιολογίες του χειρότερου είδους- ποιος σας είπε ότι γίνεται στεγανοποίηση κύριε, το ρολόι δεν ήταν ποτέ αδιάβροχο, είχατε ανοιχτή την κορώνα, πόσα χρόνια το είχατε κτλ, κτλ.. Unfortunately, they do not even know how to change a watch battery. I went mine and despite their assurances they destroyed my seal, hence my watch. And not a single apology, only excuses of the worst kind- who told you that sealing is done sir, the watch was never waterproof, you had the crown open, how many years did you have it etc, etc ..
