Unacceptable service, inadequate staff, unacceptable in the shop .. I have been ordering since early December and neither voice nor hearing since. I call them and they do not even answer.Close the shop and do not bother the world ...

Το βρήκα εύκολα και μπόρεσα να παρκάρω στη θέση που προσφέρουν για τους πελάτες τους. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και άμεση. Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω το mikromagazo και για μελλοντικές μου αγορές. I ordered a case for my cellphone electronically and received it the next day from the store itself. I found it easy and I was able to park in the position they offer for their customers. Service was impeccable and prompt. I will definitely prefer mikromagazo for my future purchases as well.
T	Tania T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελαβα σχετικό μέιλ για την παραγγελία μου και επικοινωνησε κάποιος εκπρόσωπος τηλεφωνικά για να μου ζητήσει να καταθέσω τα χρήματα. Καταθετω τα χρήματα μια μέρα μετά. Έκτοτε δεν με ενημέρωσε κάνεις. Επικοινωνώ εγω με το κατάστημα την επόμενη για να μου πουν ότι το προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο. Στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία ούτε μου είπαν για περιορισμένο απόθεμα, ούτε ότι δεν υπάρχει προϊόν. Ούτε με πήραν τηλέφωνο από μονοι τους. ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Το online shop ακόμα διαθέσιμο δείχνει το προϊόν, το οποίο οπως μου είπαν θα το παραλαβουν τελος του χρόνου! I received a relevant email for my order and a representative contacted me by phone to ask me to deposit the money. I deposit the money the day after. He hasn't informed me since. I contact the store the next day to be told that the product is not available. In the telephone communication I was neither told about a limited supply, nor that there is no product. They didn't even call me on their own. UNACCEPTABLE! The online shop still available shows the product, which as I was told will be received at the end of the year!

Έχει πραγματικά μεγάλη ποικιλία απο gadgets και αξεσουάρ τηλεφώνου αν και περισσότερο εμένα με κέρδισε η ευγένεια και το χαμόγελο στην εξυπηρέτηση. Μπράβο παιδιά, keep up the good work! Very nice shop! It has a really great selection of gadgets and phone accessories although most of me have won the courtesy and smile at the service. Well done guys, keep up the good work!
N	Nasos Lentzas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διαθεσιμότητα, Παραλαβή. 2 εντελώς διαφορετικές λέξεις! Όταν αναφέρουμε ότι κάτι είναι διαθέσιμο, εννοούμε ότι το έχουμε στο μαγαζί μας (άντε και στην αποθήκη). Όταν λέμε παραλαβή σε 1-3 εργάσιμες σημαίνει ότι από την ώρα της παραγγελίας χρειάζονται 1-3 εργάσιμες για να παραλάβει ο πελάτης το πακέτο. Διαθέσιμο δε σημαίνει ότι χρειάζομαι 1-3 μέρες (το λιγότερο) να το έχω στο μαγαζί! Availability, Pickup. 2 completely different words! When we say that something is available, we mean that we have it at our store (even in the warehouse). When we say pick-up at 1-3 business days means that from the time of the order it takes 1-3 business days for the customer to receive the package. Available does not mean I need 1-3 days (at least) to have it at the shop!
