M	Matina Terpou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγώ αγόρασα ηλεκτρονικά μια κουζίνα της Amica που φαινόταν ετοιμοπαράδοτη , κάλεσα στο κατάστημα και μου το επιβεβαίωσαν , οι κριτικές που είχα διαβάσει για την συνεργαζόμενη μεταφορική ήταν άσχημες και αυτόν το προβληματισμό τον μετέφερα στην κ. Μαριάννα που συνομιλούσα στο κατάστημα . Τελικά η μεταφορά στον χώρο μας έγινε την αμέσως επόμενη ημέρα (ούτε καν μέσα σε 3 μέρες όπως με είχαν ενημερώσει απ το κατάστημα ) μάλιστα παραδόθηκε σε εμάς ημέρα Σάββατο και οι μεταφορείς της εταιρείας Φίλιππος , μετέφεραν την κουζίνα μας μέχρι την πόρτα του σπιτιού μας, αν και οι όροι της μεταφοράς ανέγραφαν "παράδοση επί του πεζοδρομίου" . Η κουζίνα παραδόθηκε απολύτως άρτια σε εμάς . Την ίδια μέρα καλέσαμε ηλεκτρολόγο για να μας την συνδέσει , ο ηλεκτρολόγος μας έκανε ένα λάθος στην συνδεσμολογία με αποτέλεσμα να μην ανάβουν τα δυο αριστερά μάτια , μας βεβαίωσε πως έκανε σωστά την συνδεσμολογία , οπότε θεωρήσαμε ότι παραλάβαμε ελαττωματικό προϊόν . Κάλεσα αμέσως την zmart και μίλησα με τον κ. Γιάννη και του μετέφερα την κατάσταση . Αφού με ακουσε με προσοχή έψαξε να βρει τεχνικό - ηλεκτρολόγο που να γνωρίζει να συνδέει τα amica και να είναι και της περιοχής μας (Λεπτοκαρυα Πιεριας ) ώστε να μην υπάρχει μεγάλη χρέωση . Σε δύο μέρες μας επισκέφτηκε ηλεκτρολόγος , όντως υπήρχε λάθος στη σύνδεση και με την παρέμβασή του η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως λειτουργική . Δηλώνουμε υπερευχαριστημένοι απ την αντιμετώπιση που λάβαμε επί του θέματος και θέλουμε να εξάρουμε τον επαγγελματισμό τους και την ευγένεια τους ! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ ! In 2 days I am calling again, but the phone it out of order. I am visiting the website and this TV disappeared from the web site. So I am calling again, and the phone still out of order. NEVER AGAIN from those "EXPERTS"
