Sadly the boat was delayed for many hours and so , to make appointment in Venice, I had to drive there.
Called them and it was no problem to get my money back.
Now I was a two hundred kilometers from there office and the only way to get my money back was to go there in Person with the original tickets..
I paid by card!
Now I do have family members in Igoumenitsa, and I asked if they could pickup the money.
NO PROBLEM they sad.
All of this was done by phone and e-mail.
When my brother in law arrived there with the tickets they did not want to refund as they suddenly had to check with the head office.
The girl I spoken to was not there and all the e-mail was lost.
hahahahaha
It took them 2 hours to eventually get a refund.
