The customer service and quality of the vehicle is below standard. The rates may save you a couple euros, but it is not worth it. There are plenty of car rentals to choose from, and this one is one of the worst – as the others cars rentals I saw on the island looked in good shape. When I arrived, there was a misunderstanding with renting a manual and automatic. I mistakenly ordered a manual (my fault, but it wasn't clearly advertised, but I acknowledge it and ask if there was anything that could be done). What happened after knowing my mistake showed the level of care Milos Cars takes with their customers. A middle aged lady at the front desk had a "your fault" "deal with it" attitude and did nothing to switch or return my order. I then drove off with the vehicle that was given to me. The shape of the vehicle was not good. The air conditioning did not work, the steering wheel was falling apart, the car was dirty inside, and they wrote on my paper work that the tank was slightly below the half full mark and was actually 1/4 full. All this showed me this company is just out to make money and not deliver a good customer experience or rental. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We met a lot of friendly Greek residents in our 14-day vacation and this was the only time we had a bad experience with a local. Look into the many car rentals they have available before looking into this one.

bad. my trip was canceled due to health problems. I wrote several times to find out if it was possible to have the deposit back, given the cause of force majeure. they didn't even reply to an email. it would have been enough to say no, but obviously they only care about having pocketed their money and non-existent customer care. bad service and bad people.

The service was very good - polite people and very easy process. This review is for the car mostly - we got a very old ford focus with a lot of scratches and dents and we had a few problems getting out of steep areas we weren't advised against. Also no parking sensors will make it harder for you on Milos' narrow streets. Then again most rental cars in milos are like that.

Highly recommended! Everybody was super friendly and the rental process was quick and uncomplicated. We booked the car for pickup at the airport but we ended up arriving by ferry. The staff was super flexible and allowed us to pick up the car in town instead - at no extra charge and a few hours earlier than planned!

Professional team, very helpful and providing good advice. The checkin and checkout were really efficient. We appreciated the early checkout before boarding an early ferry at the port. Good car in good condition. We recommend them!

My wife had been speaking to these guys via email before we arrived, great communication. When we arrived at the airport there was a stand and we were taken to the store and car was brought over. No mess no fuss, super easy to deal with and helpful.

Great selection of cars, good rates and multiple outlets plus flexibility on returning car

Easy to do business with . Good communication all round. Car was as described when ordered via the web and no funny business either picking up or dropping off. Office close to ferry terminal so easy to walk to. They stored our bags for a couple of hours when we returned no problem at all.
