About Mind The Cup
Το ταξίδι για το Mind The Cup ξεκίνησε στα τέλη του 2011, όταν τρεις φίλοι με διαφορετικές καταβολές, αποφάσισαν να συνδυάσουν τις γνώσεις και τα θέλω τους για να κάνουν το βήμα σε ένα τομέα που άρεσε και στους τρεις, γνώριζαν καλά, η εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών με ποιότητα, μεράκι, εξειδίκευση και το πάθος.
Οι πόρτες του Mind The Cup άνοιξαν για πρώτη φορά την Τετάρτη 21 Μαρτίου 2012, με ένα πατάρι διαμορφωμένο σε roastery, ένα νεανικό bar και μια αυλή γεμάτη τραπεζάκια κάτω από δυο μεγάλα πλατάνια.
Οδεύοντας πλέον για τα 10 χρόνια λειτουργίας, το Mind The Cup αποτελεί πλέον το αρχαιότερο εν λειτουργία roastery -all day bar της Αθήνας, ενώ έχει πλέον προστεθεί στους χώρους του ένας φούρνος που κάθε μέρα ψήνει ολόφρεσκες ζύμες, κρουασάν, σφολιάτες και πίτσες.Κάθε μέρα, από νωρίς το πρωί έως αργά το βράδυ, οι χώροι και η αυλή μας, γεμίζουν από αρώματα και γεύσεις καβουρδισμένου καφέ, γλυκές και αλμυρές φρεσκοψημένες ζύμες και μοναδικά κοκτέιλ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite places in Peristeri. The coffee in one of a kind, with many roasts available. Also, there are many ways to get your coffee made, always getting suggestions by the kind baristas. The music is good too. The only con I would add is the expansion with the brunch restaurant right next to it and the additional tables which made it look like most cafes in the area and lose its cosy and original feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place to wind down after a busy day - Mind The Cup is a cool coffee shop and the roaster. Great variety of specialty coffee and brew methods is on offer. You get a choice of alcohol too. We really enjoyed all the cups that we consumed, from greek coffee, filter, long black, to flat white and other milk based drinks. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they took time to talk to me about the beans in the hopper and even let me to see the roaster upstairs. The place is little outside the central part of Athens, but well worth a visit. There's a cluster of shops in the area, you may want to combine retail therapy with a great coffee. If the place is too far, try to visit their sibling, Peak a Bloom in central Athens, near Syntagma.
