★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα το παντελόνι της φωτογραφίας (78€) δυστυχώς χωρίς να το δοκιμάσω και το φερμουάρ ήταν χαλασμένο. Το διαπίστωσα μετά απο 20 ημέρες, το επέστρεψα στο κατάστημα και η ιδιοκτήτρια αρνήθηκε να το αντικαταστήσει λόγω των ημερών που είχαν περάσει από την ημερομηνία αγοράς.
Αν δεχτώ οτι δεν ήταν εντός των ημερών που αλλάζουν τα ρούχα, έπρεπε τουλαχιστον, να αντικαταστήσει το φερμουάρ.
Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
I bought the pants in the photo (78 €) unfortunately without trying it on and the zipper was damaged. I found it after 20 days, returned it to the store and the owner refused to replace it due to the days that had passed since the purchase date.
If I accept that it was not within the days of changing clothes, I should at least have replaced the zipper.
