★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balcão Nada simpáticos. Falta uma formação de atendimento ao público. Má sinalização para embarque no porto de Patras. Quando chove todos tem que molhar os pés. A bordo o Zeus palace precisa de manutenção geral. Limpeza mediana. Recepção nada simpática. Pouca atração a bordo. Apenas um restaurante e caro para o motorista, mesmo com os 50% de desconto oferecido.
 Counter Not at all friendly. There is a lack of training in customer service. Bad signage for boarding at the port of Patras. When it rains everyone has to get their feet wet. On board Zeus palace needs general maintenance. Medium cleanliness. Unfriendly reception. Little attraction on board. Only one restaurant is expensive for the driver, even with the 50% discount offered.

NR Cabine 7001 Télévision en panne mais “ une Tonne de Poussière sous le Lit”
Restaurant fermé le Soir de nôtre arrivée (6 Heures en retard)... 3 Plat aux choix mal réchauffés au Self-service...
Le Restaurant à la Carte nous a refusé à 13H30....
Les Plats du Self le Soir du débarquement plus de choix mais toujours aussi tièdes...
Et avec tous ça pas de retour du Service commercial
Poor service .... 6 hours late
NR Cabin 7001 TV broken but “a ton of dust under the bed”
Restaurant closed on the evening of our arrival (6 hours late) ... 3 Dish with poorly reheated choices at Self-service ...
The a la Carte Restaurant refused us at 1:30 p.m. ....
The Self dishes on the Evening of the landing more choice but still lukewarm ...
And with all that no return from the Sales Department

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S abstenir ! 6 heures de retard et c'est la deuxième fois que ça arrive. Pas de ristourne possible ! Ce qui entraîne non seulement une perte de temps incroyable mais aussi des frais supplémentaires pour prendre les autres moyens de transport après le bateau. Bateaux sales, personnel qui parle mal. Mal poli et triste. Excessivement cher pour ce que c est ! Je ne recommande pas du tout
Refrain! 6 hours late and this is the second time it's happened. No discount possible! This not only results in an incredible loss of time but also additional costs for taking other means of transport after the boat. Dirty boats, bad talking staff. Rude and sad. Overpriced for what it is! I do not recommend at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally and utterly unorganized with 0 logic or communication about when and where departure occurs. We left a few hours late. Staff ranged from disinterested to rude, trending to the latter. Once on board, it was like a coffin ship from the Irish famine with bodies strewn on all public floors and seats. I thought Anek was bad, but this was much, much worse. Not again will I be giving this excuse for transportation my money.
