She checked what we liked about each property, and suggested alternatives once she understood exactly what we were looking for. The lawyer she recommended was equally helpful and efficient and between them the whole purchase was completed within 4 weeks. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had spotted Minoan Properties on the Internet and made an appointment to go and see them when we arrived to discuss our needs. Even before we arrived, Maria had suggested an ideal villa and sent us photos and information about it. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness left us in no doubt that this was the only 'Estate Agent' that we would need. Once we arrived, her husband George showed us around that property and another one and within 3 days we had signed a contract with the villa owner! We look forward to returning to Crete in mid-November, and hope that Maria and George will help us to find a longer-term rent (or maybe even a purchase!) for the coming years. A really friendly, caring, couple who put the needs and wishes of their clients first. Very highly recommended!

She treats you as a good friend and would give you not only advice and provide essential information on anything you need to settle in, but she would also go out of her way to organize for you any basic necessities, for you to feel welcomed and at home in Crete.
