Ωστόσο: - η ιδιοκτήτρια δεν ήταν διαθέσιμη καθώς δεν σήκωνε το κινητό της ενώ την χρειαζόμασταν για την εγκατάσταση μας -εχει δικούς της κανόνες και ένας από αυτούς είναι να μαζεύει τα παιδιά της γειτονιάς μέσα στην αυλή όπου όλα μαζί τσιριζουν και δεν αφήνουν τους καλεσμένους της να ηρεμήσουν στις διακοπές τους. Μας είπε εκ των υστέρων ότι μέχρι τις 23.00 μπορούν να είναι στην αυλή ωστόσο σε ένα μόνο βράδυ μετρήσαμε 10 παιδιά να πηδάνε και από τον φράχτη και αντί να είναι έξω στην πλατεία μαζεύονται εκεί που νοικιάζουμε. Γείτονας της μας ανέφερε το κάνει γιατί φοβάται να αφήσει τα δικά της παιδιά έξω και μαζεύει όλο το χωριό στην αυλή που υποτίθεται έχει να εξυπηρετεί και εμάς. -Μου έκανε παρατήρηση στις 8.30 το πρωί που μιλούσα με το γιο μου τι θα φάει γιατί είπε είμαστε Ελλάδα και στην Ελλάδα κοιμόμαστε το πρωί! Που τόσα χρόνια διακοπών κανένας δεν μου έχει κάνει παρατήρηση! Γιατι κοιμόντουσαν τα δικά της παιδιά που φρόντισε να μας ξενυχτήσει εμάς χωρίς να τη νοιάζει εάν την πληρώσαμε γιατι επιλέξαμε το χώρο της για χαλάρωση. ΣΤΙΣ ΔΙΑΚΟΠΈΣ ΜΟΥ! - μας έκοψε απόδειξη με 60€ κάτω από αυτά που την πληρώσαμε για να μην πληρώσει φόρους!!!!! Δυστυχώς δεν ήμουν μπροστά αλλά ο σύντροφός μου διαφορετικά θα είχα καλέσει την εφορία. Αρκετά δυσαρεστημένη και δυστυχώς ενώ πάντα κάνω τις καλύτερες κριτικές είναι η πρώτη φορά στα τόσα χρόνια που είχα να κάνω με κυρία που νομίζει είναι στο τσιφλίκι της και όχι στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της Clean place and very sweet yard. However: - the owner was not available as she did not pick up her cell phone while we needed her for our installation -she has her own rules and one of them is to gather the children of the neighborhood in the yard where everything screams together and do not let her guests relax during their vacation. He told us afterwards that they can be in the yard until 23.00, however, in one night we counted 10 children jumping from the fence and instead of being in the square, they gather where we rent. A neighbor told us she does it because she is afraid to leave her own children outside and gathers the whole village in the yard that is supposed to serve us. -He remarked to me at 8.30 in the morning when I was talking to my son what he will eat because he said we are Greece and in Greece we sleep in the morning! That so many years of vacation no one has noticed me! Because her own children were sleeping and she made sure to spend the night with us without caring if we paid her because we chose her place for relaxation. In my holidays! - she cut our receipt with 60 € below what we paid for her not to pay taxes !!!!! Unfortunately I was not in front but my partner would otherwise have called the tax office. Quite unhappy and unfortunately while I always make the best reviews it is the first time in so many years that I have had to deal with a lady who thinks she is in her clutches and not in the service of her customers
Ε	Ελένη Τσέλιου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι από την εξυπηρέτηση, όπως επίσης και από το δωμάτιο. Θα ξαναπηγαίναμε με μεγάλη μας χαρά ! It is in a great location. We were pleased with the service as well as the room. We would go again with great pleasure!

R	R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μέρος είναι υπέροχο, ο,τι πρέπει για μερικές μέρες. Οι ξενώνες καλοδιατηρημένοι και καθαροί. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολλες ταβέρνες και καφετέριες και δύο παραλίες, ώστε να μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι καλοσυνάτη και φιλόξενη. Όσο για το γεγονός ότι μερικές φορές μαζεύονται τα παιδιά της γειτονιάς στην αυλή, η αλήθεια είναι πως εγώ τουλάχιστον δεν ενοχλήθηκα. Το μόνο που ίσως να με πειράζει είναι πως τα μικρά μπαλκόνια κάθε διαμερίσματος χωρίζονται μεταξύ τους πολύ λίγο, ωστόσο δεν έχεις τόση ιδιοτηκοτητα. Θα ξαναερχομουν ευχαρίστως!! The place is wonderful, everything you need for a few days. The hostels are well maintained and clean. The location is very convenient, as it is close to many taverns and cafes and two beaches, so you can go on foot. The owner is kind and hospitable. As for the fact that sometimes the children of the neighborhood gather in the yard, the truth is that at least I was not bothered. The only thing that might bother me is that the small balconies of each apartment are very little separated from each other, however you do not have that much property. I would be happy to come again !!
M	Marietta Bamidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartment hotel with spacious and very clean rooms, good value for money. It's located literally at the heart of the village with restaurants, mini markets and the bakery all 1-2 min walk from it. Ampovos beach is about 15 min walk with Lagoudi beach about 5 min from it, both with amazing waters. The hostess, Minio, was very friendly and helpful, with lots of useful suggestions. Both Afyssos in general and Mirto Apartments are worth a visit!
