★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορά τριών ίδιων θερμοστατών μπαταρίας Seltron ST +. Οι δύο έχουν βγει ελλατωματικοί (λόγω πλακέτας, μη επισκευάσιμοι) κ ετοιμάζεται κ ο 3ος!!!. 3 στους 3 λοιπόν, χωρίς καμία ταλαιπωρία τους κ χωρίς ποτέ υπερχείλιση μπαταρίας!!!! Αλλά το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μετά την πώληση είναι απαράδεκτη. Μετά από κάμποσα τηλεφωνήματα με απάντηση ναι μεν, αλλά χωρίς ανταπόκριση δε, πήγα για service τους 2 θερμοστάτες (σε διαφορετικές φορές) κ τις 2 φορές χωρίς αποτέλεσμα, δηλαδή δις τζάμπα ταλαιπωρία. Την 1η φορά παρ όλο που είχε λήξει λίγους μήνες η εγγύηση ούτε συζητούσαν για αλλαγή του προϊόντος, παρόλο της ελλατωματικής πλακέτας. Τη 2η φορά που ρώτησα για αγορά αντίστοιχου προϊόντος μου είπαν για τριπλάσια τιμή από τον Seltron ST+ !!!! Tragic ?
Purchase of three identical Seltron ST + battery thermostats. Both have come out defective (due to the board, not repairable) and the 3rd is being prepared !!!. 3 out of 3, without any inconvenience and without ever overflowing the battery !!!! But most importantly, after-sales service is unacceptable. After a few phone calls with an answer yes, but without a response, I went to service the 2 thermostats (at different times) and the 2 times without result, that is, twice as much inconvenience. For the first time, even though the warranty had expired a few months ago, they did not even discuss changing the product, despite the defective board. The 2nd time I asked to buy a similar product I was told for three times the price by the Seltron ST + !!!! Tragic ?
